TheForkUserWe thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at 2 Fat Indians in Joondalup. From the moment we entered the restaurant until we finished, paid and left, all the staff member made sure that we were looked after. We were warmly greeted by a staff member and ushered us to our table, orders were promptly taken and the request to make sure that no peanuts on my daughter’s order plus the level of spicyness on one of our main dish order, was notably taken and relayed back to us. The waiter assuring us that there are no peanuts on my daughter’s order is very much appreciated. Throughout our dinner, a staff member would come and ask how our meals are. At one point, we found a rice dish very spicy and although we weren’t complaining at all, they try to remedy it by giving us a bowl of white rice to pair it with a mains order. That is a gesture that can only come from a restaurant who actually listens and care for their customers’ enjoyment of their food. The food is all excellent. From our entree to our mains, all were very tasty and good amount of serving. Nothing to fault. It was our first time to try the mushroom jerim merim and it was delicious. The lamb was very tender and the sauces of all our order were great tasting. The 2 Fat Indians - Joondalup is by far the best Indian restaurant we have ever been to. All the staff and the food were excellent. We highly recommend and we will definitely be going back again. Thank you.
TheForkUserAlways have loved going to this place. Very interesting venue and great pub food. Ladies enjoyed the seniors seafood and I enjoyed the beef and Guinness pie.
TheForkUserDuring Fringe 2023 we had booked the Brass Monkey for a dinner on the 1st floor balcony on a glorious Summer night, overlooking Northbridge, after a comedy show. I had the sirloin steak and my partner fish and chips from a reasonable Pub meal menu. The meals were delivered in a timely manner and both perfectly cooked. A very pleasant evening to remember and we recommend that others give it a try.tim and helen
TheForkUserwe dined on friday 27/10/23 with friendsThe staff were excellent attentive and gave great customer service, the food was also excellent will recommend to others
TheForkUserFabulouse food, service was great and the restaurant itself if very inviting. However, and this was a BIG one for us - the airconditioning was totally insufficient for the heat of the day and the restaurant was hot, stuffy and very uncomfortable. It had been a long week of very hot temperatures, but to only have one R/C aircon on, and on low, for a space that large was dreadful. And, we felt the units needed a good clean and service. Apart from that everything was superb.
TheForkUserWe had a table for 9, booked online easily. Staff were great and the food was delicious. 5 kids meals delivered first then the adults and not one complaint and all cleaned up their plates. Prices were pretty amazing. We would absolutely visit this venue again. Happy New Year guys and thank you x

TheForkUserSuperb lunch with a big group. Fast food service, delish and something for all the dietary requirements. Nice spot outside, undercover. Will come again
TheForkUserI want to Kallaroo curry house for dinner and we ordered lamb briyani, butter paneer masala, chicken pakora and garlic naan. Briyani was served in a clay pot and had generous portions of lamb meat. Butter paneer masala was my favourite it was very flavourful. The curry complemented the garlic naan. Service was good and fast too. I would definitely come back to try other dishes.
