TheForkUserVery wonderful restaurant located at the entrance of the city. Highly recommend the pasta with pesto & buffalo cheese; I will be dreaming of that dish for a long time!
TheForkUseroutstanding food wine and service . knowledgeable waiters . very intimate. quality of sword fish outstanding so fresh.
TheForkUserSecond visit and we encountered a warm welcome, great food and service again too. Extensive menu and interesting wine list with local choice. Highly recommend
TheForkUserThe service was attentive. The recommendations were very good. The ambiance was elegant and the wine selection available were excellent.
TheForkUserWe started with carpaccio and moved onto tagliata & filet, accompanied by a Donnafugata Nero D’Avola. For sides, a delicious tomato salad with capers & olives + a potato & spinach cake. To finish (and digest), Vecchio Amaro del Capo. The tagliata was good but the filet is NOT what we think of as filet; it was gristly and chewy. Service was excellent!
TheForkUserHad to visit for the 2nd time during my vacation. The food is just delicious and the staff welcoming. Definitely worth visiting during your stay in Trapani!
TheForkUserThe husband and wife team who run this fabulous restaurant alone, really know how to serve delicious, fresh food. We had a four night stay in Trapani and ate here twice. Both nights it was full but not loud and the service was fast and efficient. Five stars from me. ????
TheForkUserNice Sicilian food, big portions, a romantic location and a very good deal when you're handing in 2000 Yums!
TheForkUserSuperb setting, food and wine were even better, service was a bit sharp, just relax man ,rushed a bit, highly recommended!
TheForkUserA wonderful dinner at Campo Norcineria con Cucina down by the water, near the old fish market (which dates back to 1874). We started with caponata in a parmigiana basket and a selection of mortadellas. For main courses, we had one of the house specialties, the veal fillet; one of us had it with a sauce of sautéed porcini mushrooms & black truffles, and the other, with a Sicilian citrus sauce. As a side dish, roasted potatoes with a breadcrumb crust. For dessert, tiramisu and amari.
TheForkUserPleasant restaurant close to one of the main streets in Trapani. Looks expensive, but if you come from the Northern part of Europe - it will look affordable. The service was excellent. Food was simply good - some component combinations don’t work too well with each other, but I got the idea - they want to stand out. And they do. All in all it’s a nice place worth visiting.
TheForkUserThe restaurant is very good located, on a quite busy street but still feels cozy. Food was very good (especially the polpo salad) and the drinks very strong 😂
TheForkUserGreat food and service Very friendly. Mixed seafood starter was fantastic. It was also very reasably priced. Will go back.
TheForkUserLovely atmosphere and table in the gardens. Loved the starters - we had an Aubergine dish and broad bean puree with scallops and my Grilled Tuna dish was superb. My husband did not enjoy the local fish Ricciola as much, a tad salty. Lovely puds and super bottle of wine. Excellent, friendly service. Highly recommend this restaurant.
TheForkUserJust ok. Felt rushed to order. Gluten free pizza was something out of a pre made frozen box or something not hand made dough. Cheese was shredded. Didn’t taste like real cheese. We have way better freshly made gluten free pizza in Canada. Dissapointing
TheForkUserI went with my wife while on holiday. Usually I try to stick to the foods I like but this time I decided to try dishes I didn’t know. The food was absolutely delicious, and the venue was quite charming. We had fresh catch of the day, caponata, and Sicilian rolls as well as cocktails, everything was delicious. The service is also very nice, but if I had to be that difficult customer, I would say a little bit absent minded !I strongly recommend the place, especially for a romantic dinner or aperitif.
TheForkUserWonderful family restaurant, pizza’s are prepared with passion and dedication. House wine is good, dessert great.
TheForkUserA very impressive and amazing place to enjoy a great dinner. The outside place is perfect to have a walkaround in the beautiful property and garden. Also perfect with children to visit the chickens and goats! Finally, the meals were absolutely delicious and they have a great arrangement of the courses! Comparably Low prices for great food!
TheForkUserFirst point, couscous with fish plate could have more fish. My plate was mainly couscous and a few little pieces of fish. Second point, while paying i was not sure if 20% discount was applied or not as the person was talking to us and just gave us final number to pay. We couldn't see details in bill and calculation.
TheForkUserQuiet restaurant on the quieter end of the beach. Food was outstanding and we had a lovely waitress. After coming to Sicily for the past 40 years I’ve finally found a restaurant that stocks Sauvignon blanc. The restaurant itself is the only thing that lets it down as it’s a bit run down and not particularly ascetically pleasing! But the food makes up for it
TheForkUserThe food was very tasty; the only problem was that the portion was not big enough…
TheForkUserHigh quality materials coocked in outstanding modality, classic recipes that never will bore you, the result is on the dish....10 on 10, really good,
TheForkUserThe seafood was fantastic! Excellent flavor and cooked perfectly. Service was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant!
TheForkUserVery nice restaurant with great food! We enjoyed every bit of it. The atmosphere was lovely and we received very good service. Strongly recommend Agriturismo Vultaggio!
TheForkUserI have been looking for places to recommend locally to friends when they visit from the UK. We have a lot of regular favourites town but living 6kms outside the center we have started looking at the area between us and the Marsala Stagnone that would be reachable either on foot or bicycle. I had driven past a few times and thought I'd give it a try.....booking was easy, there is ample parking the view across the vines to the lagoon and Egadi islands is spectacular, service is polite and speedy, the menù is ample filled with local dishes and the wine list represents the area very well. I had the bruschetta antipasto and the prawn and pistacchio busiate.....the trick of a good Trattoria is to do simple and fresh very well and at Lidia Renda this is what they do. They are pet friendly and have a lovely outside area for Summer al fresco dining.
TheForkUserExcellent restaurant, great choice of food, pleasant staff. We returned a couple of times. I enjoyed the vegetarian cous-cous and the sea bream.
TheForkUserThe location was stunning, both inside and out, offering a delightful ambiance. The staff were kind, attentive, and efficient. The food was meticulously prepared and presented with care.
