palettes_ny一家古色古香的中餐廳，菜系主打湘菜和川菜融合系列，最初聽聞他們家店是澤西小夥伴們的安利，既然開到了曼島，那果斷要來嘗試打卡一波，店面位於街角，設計裝潢古色古香又不失以現代感，特別是篝火造型的牆面，搭配以火紋造型，很是獨特。店員小姐姐也很熱情，會幫忙介紹店內的招牌特色，他們家的座椅都是皮質的，軟軟的坐着很舒服，用餐體驗也很好。剛開業，他們家還沒有正式的菜單，推出了嘗鮮菜，原本看到菜單以為是午市套餐，沒想到居然是正常分量的菜品，$11.95一份，性價比杠杠。新店開張全場88折，一元換購木耳一份。🍽譚哥酸菜活魚🍽🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟店內的招牌必點款，使用新鮮活魚製作，每片魚肉都保持了完美的厚度與新鮮的口感，魚片經過熱油澆燙，激發出調料的香氣，魚肉微微捲曲，每一筷都滿滿的爽滑。酸菜湯底酸爽，飯前來一口，頓感食慾大開。舀一勺魚湯倒入米飯中，將米粒與酸湯攪拌均勻，清香酸爽🍽煙熏肚絲🍽🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟湘菜的經典代表，對火候的要求會比較高，肚絲要炒制入味，但又要保持滑嫩的口感，不能過老。他們家完美的呈現了兩者。肚絲的用量也很足，每一筷都是口感微脆的肚絲，很下飯的一道主菜🍽桂花糖藕🍽🌟🌟🌟🌟飯後需要來點甜，特別是在香辣風味十足的炒菜過後，冰爽清涼略帶甜味的桂花糖藕很是解膩，同樣夏日風味滿滿。他們家的桂花醬很加分，甜而不膩，蓮藕的口感較脆，欠缺了些軟綿感🍽鐵板魷魚絲🍽🌟🌟🌟🌟他們家的鐵板魷魚絲感覺跟傳統的鐵板做法不太一樣，這個更像是炒制的，不像是鐵板的醬香風味，魷魚絲的分量還是足的，口感上吃起來也較為香脆，調味上🍽辣子雞🍽🌟🌟🌟這道相比其他菜品會稍微遜色了些，感覺辣子雞的麵粉裹的會相對較厚，然後雞肉的調味有加入豆瓣醬，味道上會喧賓奪主，減弱了辣子雞本身的酥脆感與香辣Grain Craft Bar + Kitchen
