没有蜡olling以法餐和日餐結合的米其林一星餐廳，Omakase 九道菜沒有很特別的驚喜，這季的菜單更像是中法混搭。只有腌制過的生牛肉和扇貝給人眼前一亮的感覺！牛肉的鮮香搭配🍐果仁和生鵪鶉蛋，扇貝🐚的鮮味完全被芝士和西芹吸收！當然，Takashi最贊的還是甜點！可可奶凍🍮配金橘焦糖👍 The Copper Onion

摆渡修行拉着媽媽來吃午餐。工作日依然座無虛席，沒預定還等了半小時，但是第一口牛肉入口就心甘情願了。▹澳洲mayura m9＋s級巧克力和牛西冷名字很長定語很多，但是照着這個點沒錯。Mayura出廠的和牛這兩年實火，漂亮的雪花紋，教科書式的熟度把握，肉質柔嫩緊彈，一咬爆出豐溢油脂和奶香，吃肉帶來的幸福感果然是最原始最直接的。配了黃油春筍，也是清甜脆嫩。▹靈魂拌飯熟成黃油拌飯真是香絕了，北海道水稻米口感無可挑剔，米飯油潤圓滑，粒粒分明，糯又不失嚼勁，配上海膽又添了幾分鮮甜。但是調味淡了一點，總感覺差點意思。▹黑松奶油露蘑菇湯全是我喜歡的元素，做出來竟然喝不下第三口，怪怪的味道，也不喜歡這種糊狀的口感。Cucina Toscana

M30***41it was a delight to eat at the Park Café. Despite the line out the door, we were quickly seated. My coffee cup never went unfilled and I enjoyed a great breakfast. I had a Gustavo's burrito and it was amazing! The staff was super friendly and attentive!Tin Angel
