這不又快到聖誕節了嘛，昨天開始聊我最近這三年的聖誕之旅，上一期咱聊了摩洛哥（感興趣的朋友可以翻閱前一篇）這期咱聊迪拜阿聯酋很多人都沒聽過，但一提到迪拜基本無人不知無人不曉。先說說他倆的關係，阿聯酋是國家名稱全稱阿拉伯聯合酋長國，由七個酋長國（分別是阿布扎比、迪拜、沙迦、阿姬曼、富查伊拉、烏姆蓋萬和哈伊馬角）組成，國體十分特殊既不是聯邦制更不是共和制也不是君主立憲制，他們除軍事和外交以外各自為政，所以有的賊富有的賊窮。這七個酋長國我都到過，因為互通不需要辦手續而且除了老大阿布扎比和老二迪拜之外其他酋長國都太小了而且十分落後貧瘠，開車一天都能跑遍，甚至第三大國沙迦里包含着阿姬曼國，而阿姬曼國又連着烏姆蓋萬國，哈哈哈！而且整個阿聯酋國土的47%還是沙漠&hellip;可想而知人家如今能成為全球矚目的土豪國付出了多大的努力和金錢了吧。去年也就是2019年好像是我來阿聯酋最頻繁的一年，整個12月份就來了三趟，有個人原因也有工作原因。去年聖誕節我本來是打算再去以色列過的，因為之前我在耶路撒冷遇過一次安息日又過過一次猶太新年，那宗教氣氛簡直使我震撼靈魂，你想啊耶穌誕生的馬廄（尊稱十二星洞）就在巴勒斯坦的伯利恆的聖誕教堂，平時我去的景象都令人動容，那聖誕節肯定尤為壯觀！但到了12月份突然接到迪拜旅遊局的邀請參加第一屆迪拜聖誕沙漠狂歡節，所以原計劃就擱淺又回迪拜了！24日平安夜這天我受邀住到了朱美拉古堡酒店的夏宮（現譯為卓美亞，叫卓美亞的都是迪拜酋長私人的買賣，比如咱們國人最熟悉的帆船酒店，正名就叫卓美亞阿拉伯塔伯茨酒店），以前住過小木船碼頭那邊的逸宮（我自己花錢就住便宜點的，哈哈）而頂級的房型都在和宮和夏宮，這次不花自己錢太開心了（夏宮的房價一晚都會過萬）！土豪國的旅遊局就是不差錢哈！這裏的聖誕節布置區別於歐洲國家那種大紅大綠的風格，而是肅穆的聖誕樹綠和土豪的阿拉伯金搭配，看起來大氣又不誇張！對我來說最感興趣的還是吃，古堡酒店裡大大小小應該有七八十家各類餐廳，但我最喜歡的還是逸宮這家自助餐廳，環境好推開落地玻璃門出去就能看到帆船酒店，下面是人工運河裡還有海龜游弋，但主要因為這家有個香港主廚專門料理廣東及東南亞菜式，很適合我的口味，哈哈哈！這次一進餐廳裏面為了慶祝聖誕節在辦花式蛋糕展很是有趣，給節日增添了氣氛！

在海灘邊上的一家豪華海鮮飯店哦，迪拜這裏真的什麼都豪華，這個自助餐廳造的和五星酒店一樣，裏面的海鮮品種也多，生蚝空運可以隨便吃。

廚師做的沙拉非常美味。我們還嘗試了牛小排開胃菜、新鮮芒果、石榴汁、當地紅鯛魚和牛裡脊牛排。牛排上桌時是冷的，果汁很棒，鯛魚也不錯。

French Riviera餐廳是一家米其林指南推薦的法式餐廳，提供精緻的法國菜，環境優雅，適合約會和拍照。

鰲蝦搭配彩椒與番茄泥，因為味道更加柔順，香氣更加突出，並凸顯了鰲蝦本身的清甜。配菜的番茄提供了酸甜味道，讓整體滋味更加飽滿立體。

做的地道的中東菜哦，裏面的大骨頭很好吃的哦，那種中東的小吃很不錯哦，乳酪很厚，和歐洲的那種乳酪不太一樣的哦，米飯做的一般般。

Gluten Free Heaven!Fabulous food, with Michael and Hassan both having a superb knowledge of the menu&#39;&#39;s ingredients which made choosing gluten free dishes a stress free experience. They are also both very funny! This was our &#39;&#39;go to&#39;&#39; restaurant during our seven night stay!
