This restaurant in Yellowstone was extremely disappointing. As soon as we arrived, the hostess at the front door looked dismissive and spoke to us with an attitude of contempt. Even though there were clearly empty tables available, we were told to wait instead of being seated. The breakfast menu states that guests can either order à la carte or choose the buffet. However, our server immediately told us that ordering from the menu would take more than 20 minutes. Shortly afterward, we noticed that guests who arrived after us were able to order without waiting nearly that long. It felt like we were being discouraged from ordering because the kitchen was about to close, and the server seemed focused on pushing the buffet instead.Unfortunately, the buffet was the biggest disappointment. Many of the food items were already gone and were never refilled. The selection was limited, and what remained tasted poor and far below expectations.Overall, the service was unfriendly and unprofessional, and the food quality was unacceptable. This was one of the worst dining experiences we had during our visit to Yellowstone. I would not recommend this restaurant unless they make significant improvements in both customer service and food quality.
