Hang Seng Bank One-price Flights Promotion (“Promotion”) - Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is held by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd (“Trip.com” or “we”).The participants should browse the promotion terms and conditions carefully to decide whether to join in this campaign. Participation in this event will be deemed to be your consent and endorsement of these event terms. Please do not participate if you have any questions about campaign terms and conditions.
   

2. Promotion period: 8 May, 2025 00:00 – 30 June, 2025 23:59 (GMT+8), with a total of 8 one-price Flight Promotion sessions.
   The offer is limited while stocks last.
   Promotion period for each campaign is as below:
   (a) One-price Flights of Hong Kong to Busan round trip economy class flight tickets promotion period is 8 May and 15 May 2025 13:00 to 23:59 (GMT+8) (“Promotion period”);
   (b) One-price Flights of Hong Kong to Tokyo round trip economy class flight tickets promotion period is 22 May and 29 May 2025 13:00 to 23:59 (GMT+8) (“Promotion period”);
   (c) One-price Flights of Hong Kong to Seoul round trip economy class flight tickets promotion period is 5 June and 12 June, 2025 13:00 to 23:59 (GMT+8) (“Promotion period”);
   (d) One-price Flights of Hong Kong to Osaka round trip economy class flight tickets promotion period is 19 June and 26 June, 2025 13:00 to 23:59 (GMT+8) (“Promotion period”).
   

3. Offer is applicable to Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Corporate Card or Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Card”) customers, but excluding Hang Seng USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Card customers.
   

4. Customers must spend upon designated amount and settle the payment with Eligible Credit Card and using corresponding Promotion Code in the Fill In Page to enjoy below Offers (as defined in clause 5 below).
   

5. Customers must settle the payment with Eligible Credit Card to enjoy One-price Flights of Hong Kong to designated destination round trip economy class flight tickets. A total of 800 quotas are available during the promotional period, with 100 quotas available each week, displayed at a specified price on the platform.
   The promotional quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, the discounted rate until stocks last.
   

6. Travel Period: From 8 May to 31 December, 2025 (GMT+8) (Both dates inclusive).
   The trip duration ranges from a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 7 days.
   

7. Eligible user: Users must have, or sign up for, a Trip.com account to participate in the Promotion.
   

8. Promotion platforms: Trip.com mobile app (Version 8.1 or above) (“Platform”).
   

9. Eligibility: This promotion is applicable to registered users of Trip.com who are at least 18 years old.
   

10. Details of the Promotion: Members please sign in Trip.com by App platform and, Eligible users must place the flight booking via promotion banner on the campaign page. The promotion applies to Hong Kong to selected destinations round trip economy class flight tickets (adult tickets only) with the "HASE One Price" promotion tag. The promotion is applicable only to designated fare tickets. These tickets must be for flights that take place within the Travel Period (the "Selected Routes").
    

11. Hang Seng and the Merchant will not accept any liability should Customer fails to input the Promotion Code/ Eligible Credit Card in the check-out section and that it results in forfeiture of the Customer’s eligibility to Offer.
    

12. Each Eligible Credit Card can enjoy the Promotion once only during the Promotion Period.
    

13. General:
    a. Users need to depart from the designated destinations within Travel Period only.
    b. The baggage policy is subject to the airline's policy.
    Please check the baggage allowance and requirements prior to booking.
    c. Prices are correct at time of publication.
    However, availability is dynamic and may change from time to time.

    d. Once successfully booked, this product is non-refundable.
    e. One-price flight ticket offer limits to 1 adult passenger per order and is valid for one-time usage per Trip.com user account during the Promotion period.
    f. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, cashback sites, loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, discounted items, and fixed-price items unless otherwise stated.

Hang Seng Credit Card Limited Time Offer- Up to HK$600 instant discount on flight or hotel bookings (“Promotion”) - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion/Valid period (“Promotion period”): From 8th May to 30th June 2025 (Both dates inclusive)
   
2. Check-in date for hotels / Departure date for flights: From 8th May to 31st December 2025 (Both dates inclusive)
   
3. During the Promotion Period, customers who book hotels or flights at Trip.com with Hang Seng Credit Cards via the designated campaign page (https://hk.trip.com/sale/w/21065/2025hasepromotion.html?locale=en-HK&allianceid=5784024&sid=197944482) provided by Hang Seng Credit Card are entitled to designated discounts for hotels or flights (“Offer”) using the designated promo codes. The Offer is applicable to the selected prepaid room types of global hotels and the international flights. It is not applicable to China domestic flight and specific room types. The information displayed on the booking page is final. The Offer is also not applicable to flight and hotel products (“Flight + Hotel”), ticket and hotel packages and other specific products.
   
4. The promo codes are not applicable to hotel or flight bookings made through the designated links of other third-party partners on Trip.com app.
   
5. The promo codes can be used on the mobile application of Trip.com (App)(Traditional Chinese and English of the Hong Kong region).
   
6. How to get the Offer: During the Promotion Period,
   i. customers are entitled to HK$300 off upon HK$2,500 spending or above (“Offer 1”) on the order of hotel upon booking hotel via the designated campaign link and enter the designated promo code “HASE300H”. Offer 1 is applicable to room rates and taxes only and is not applicable to specific room types.
   ii. customers are entitled to HK$300 off upon HK$2,500 spending or above (“Offer 2”) on the order of flights upon booking flight via designated campaign link and enter the designated promo code “HASE300F”. Discount 2 is applicable to international flights, adult flight ticket fare only and is not applicable to taxes and other surcharges.
   
7. Each order can be applied with one promo code only. Each order must be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) with designated Hang Seng Credit Card.
   
8. The quota of the promo codes is limited and is on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last. Each offer consists of 2,000 quota during the promotion period. If the member has inputted the promo code when paying for the order but runs out of quota, he/she may not be able to enjoy the discount even if he enters the discount code.
   
9. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers, Trip coins and other offers.
10. Customers must log into their personal Trip.com account, if customer has not obtain a Trip.com account, please register accordingly. Each Trip.com account can use the promo code once.
    
11. In case of cancelling the orders with promo code applied, the promo code(s) will be automatically returned to your Trip.com account and can be used again if there is still available quota during the Promotion Period. In case of cancelling the orders with promo code applied by contacting the customer services and requesting making changes, the promo code will no longer be valid.
    
12. For hotels, the rate before discount refers to the original rate of the particular room type. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the hotel. For flights, the rate before discounts refers to the original rate of the particular flight. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the airline.
    
13. Hotel cancellation and prepayment policy may vary depending on the room types. Please refer to the room policy during booking. Flight cancellation and prepayment policy may vary depending on the flight tickets. Please refer to the flight policy during booking.
    
14. Hang Seng Bank Limited and Trip.com are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
    
15. Hang Seng Bank Limited and Trip.com reserves the right to take legal action in case of any illegal deeds or abuse.
    
16. Hang Seng Bank Limited and Trip.com reserves the right to amend or cancel the Offer and the terms and conditions without prior notice.
    
17. Trip.com reserves the rights for final decision.
    
18. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
