  2. Check-in date for Hotels / Departure date for High-Speed Rails / Consumption date of Attractions Tickets or Tours: From 1st August to 31st December 2025 (Both dates inclusive).
  3. During the Promotion Period, customers who book Hotels, High-Speed Rails, Attraction Tickets or Tours at Trip.com with designated HSBC UnionPay Credit Cards via the designated link (https://hk.trip.com/sale/w/24418/hsbc-gba.html?locale=en-HK&curr=hkd&allianceid=3935835&sid=231784771) provided by HSBC are entitled to designated discounts for each products (“Offers”) using the designated promo codes.

  7. How to get the Offers: During the Promotion Period,
    i. customers are entitled to HK$150 off upon HK$1,000 spending or above (“Offer 1”) on the order of hotel upon booking hotel via the designated link and enter the designated promo code. Offer 1 is applicable to room rates only and is not applicable to tax and surcharges and specific room types.
    ii. customers are entitled to HK$30 off upon HK$150 spending or above (“Offer 2”) on the order of designated routes of high-speed rails via designated link and enter the designated promo code.
    iii. customers are entitled to HK$100 off upon HK$500 spending or above (“Offer 2”) on the order of designated attraction tickets and tours via designated link and enter the designated promo code.

8. Each order can be applied with one promo code only. Each order must be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) with designated HSBC UnionPay Credit Cards.
9. The Promo Codes will be renewed at 00:00 on 1st of each month during the promotion period. The quota of each promo code is set at 3,000 per month and on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. If the customer has inputted the promo code when paying for the order but runs out of quota, he/she may not be able to enjoy the discount even if he/she enters the discount code.
10. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers, Trip coins and other offers.
11. Customers must log into their personal Trip.com account, if customer has not obtain a Trip.com account, please register accordingly.
12. In case of cancelling the orders with promo code applied, the promo code(s) will be automatically returned to your Trip.com account and can be used again if there is still available quota during the Promotion Period. In case of cancelling the orders with promo code applied by contacting the customer services and requesting making changes, the promo code will no longer be valid.
13. For hotels, the rate before discount refers to the original rate of the particular room type. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the hotel.
14. Hotel cancellation and prepayment policy may vary depending on the room types, please refer to the room policy during booking. High-Speed Rails cancellation and prepayment policy may vary depending on the High-Speed Rails tickets, please refer to the High-Speed Rails policy during booking. For cancelling or refund policy of Attractions or Tours orders, please refer to the terms and conditions that are revealed on the product page.
15. HSBC and Trip.com are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
16. HSBC and Trip.com reserves the right to take legal action in case of any illegal deeds or abuse.
17. HSBC and Trip.com reserves the right to amend or cancel the Offer and the terms and conditions without prior notice.
18. Trip.com reserves the rights for the final decision.
19. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
