Trip.com x Hang Seng Credit Card Offers

General Terms and Conditions for “Trip.com Travel Rewards”:
1. “HKD100 instant discount on any hotel bookings” (“Offer 1”);“HKD150 instant discount on flight bookings” (“Offer 2”);“HKD50 instant discount on Tours & Tickets bookings” (“Offer 3”): 4 April – 26 June 2023, both dates inclusive. “HKD50 instant discount on High Speed Rail Tickets bookings” (“Offer 4”):9 May – 26 June 2023, both dates inclusive. (Offer 1, Offer 2, Offer 3 and Offer 4 are collectively referred as “Offers”)
2. Offer is applicable to Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Corporate Card or Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Card”) customers, but excluding Hang Seng USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Card customers.
3. Customers must spend upon designated amount and settle the payment with Eligible Credit Card and using corresponding Promotion Code in the Fill In Page to enjoy below Offers:
• “HKD100 instant discount on any local/overseas hotel or staycation packages bookings” (“Offer 1”);
• “HKD150 instant discount on flight bookings” (“Offer 2”) ;
• “HKD50 instant discount on Tours & Tickets bookings” (“Offer 3”) ;
• “HKD50 instant discount on High Speed Rail Tickets bookings” (“Offer 4”).
4. Eligible transactions (“Eligible Transaction(s)”) refers to single net transaction upon designated amount made on Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Merchant" or "Trip.com") that Customers are required to settle the payment with Eligible Credit Card in Hong Kong Dollars (not applicable to eligible transactions/ bookings made via third party payment platforms including but not limited to WeChat Pay, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay, Alipay HK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay).
5. The net spending amount is the final amount charged to the Hang Seng Credit Card, and the use of any discount offers, gift vouchers, gift card or +FUN Dollars will not be taken into account.
6. Any transactions which are eventually cancelled / returned or found to be fraudulent will be considered as ineligible transactions which are not applicable to this promotion and rewards will not be rewarded.
7. All products, services and information related to this promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by Trip.com who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
8. Trip.com Platform is provided by the Merchant, Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) has no control over Trip.com Platform and is not responsible nor liable for any matters in connection with the customer’s use of or inability to use Trip.com Platform.
9. Customers must keep all the confirmation email or booking itinerary number of the transaction record in Trip.com. In case of any dispute, Hang Seng reserves the right at any time during or after the promotion to request customers to submit the relevant information or such further evidence as may be required for verification.
10. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, coupons or promo codes and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
11. Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
12. Trip.com reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or change any promo codes and any orders using the promo codes at any time without notice or compensation if we reasonably believe that the use of the promo code is illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent or unlawful, including but not limited to, registering or making an order with malicious intent, cheating by taking advantage of holes of programs or plug-in programs, reselling, fictitious trading and other activities that violate the terms of activities and the principle of fair. In the event of any dispute, Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation and decision.
13. Hang Seng and the Merchant will not accept any liability should Customer fails to input the Promotion Code/ Eligible Credit Card in the check-out section and that it results in forfeiture of the Customer’s eligibility to Offer.
14. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
15. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
16. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
17. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

A. Specific Terms and Conditions of "HKD100 instant discount on any local/overseas hotel or staycation packages bookings" (“Offer 1”)
1. Customers are required to make any hotel bookings for the specified stay period below in a single total spending of HKD1,000 or above via Trip.com Platform and input Promotion Code “HSHOTEL” (“Offer 1 Promotion Code”) in the Fill In Page with Eligible Credit Cards (“Offer 1 Eligible Transaction/bookings”) to enjoy HKD100 instant discount during the Promotion Period.
2. Stay period is from 4 April 2023 to 31 August 2023, both dates inclusive (“Stay Period”).
3. Offer 1 is available in a cap of 400 weekly quotas during the Promotion Period, on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. The weekly quota will be updated from 00:00 to 00:30 on every Tuesday during the promotion period. The quota is calculated based on the computer record of the Merchant.
4. Each Eligible Credit Card can enjoy Offer 1 once only during the Promotion Period.
5. Offer 1 is applicable to selected pre-paid hotels and rooms only.
6. Offer 1 is applicable to hotel room rate after charges, local government taxes and service charges.
7. Cancellation or change of schedule has to be arranged directly via Merchant’s official website at www.trip.com and is subject to the terms and conditions of respective hotels/ suppliers. The Offer 1 Promotion Code used for the Offer 1 Eligible Transactions/bookings which are subsequently modified will be considered as invalid. Customers will have to cancel the original Eligible Transactions/bookings and rebook in order to use the Offer 1 Promotion Code again. The customers may not be guaranteed to use the Offer 1 Promotion Code again if the quota of Offer 1 Promotion Code has been used up at the time they book the product again.
8. Hang Seng and the Merchant will not accept any liability should Customer fails to input the Eligible Credit Card number in the check-out section and that it results in forfeiture of the Customer’s eligibility to Offer 1.

B. Specific Terms and Conditions of "HKD150 instant discount on flight bookings " (“Offer 2”)
1. Customers are required to make flight bookings in a single total net fare amount (not applicable for domestic flights in Mainland China) of HKD1,500 or above (excluding taxes and surcharges) via Trip.com Platform and input Promotion Code “HSFLIGHT” (“Offer 2 Promotion Code”) in the Fill In Page with Eligible Credit Cards (“Offer 2 Eligible Transaction/bookings”) to enjoy HKD150 instant discount during the Promotion Period.
2. Offer 2 is available in a cap of 500 weekly quotas during the Promotion Period, on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. The weekly quota will be updated from 00:00 to 00:30 on every Tuesday during the promotion period. The quota is calculated based on the computer record of the Merchant.
3. Each Eligible Credit Card can enjoy Offer 2 once only during the Promotion Period.
4. Offer 2 is applicable to the net air fare (excluding taxes and surcharges) worth HKD1,500 and above.
5. Cancellation or change of schedule of flight bookings has to be arranged via Merchant’s customer service team and is subject to the terms and conditions of respective air fare purchased of airlines/ suppliers. The Offer 2 enjoyed in the Offer 2 Eligible Transactions/bookings which are subsequently modified will be considered as invalid. Customers have to cancel the original Eligible Transactions/bookings and rebook in order to enjoy Offer 2 Promotion Code again. The customers may not be guaranteed to enjoy Offer 2 Promotion Code again if the quota of Offer 2 Promotion Code has been used up at the time they book the product again.
6. Hang Seng and the Merchant will not accept any liability should Customer fails to input the Eligible Credit Card number in the check-out section and that it results in forfeiture of the Customer’s eligibility to Offer 2.

C. Specific Terms and Conditions of "HKD50 instant discount on Tours & Tickets bookings" (“Offer 3”)
1. Customers are required to make tours & tickets bookings in a single net spending of HKD500 or above via Trip.com Platform and input Promotion Code “HSTNT” (“Offer 3 Promotion Code”) in the Fill In Page with Eligible Credit Cards (“Offer 3 Eligible Transaction/bookings”) to enjoy HKD50 instant discount during the Promotion Period.
2. Offer 3 is available in a cap of 125 weekly quotas during the Promotion Period, on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. The weekly quota will be updated from 00:00 to 00:30 on every Tuesday during the promotion period. The quota is calculated based on the computer record of the Merchant.
3. Each Eligible Credit Card can enjoy Offer 3 once only during the Promotion Period.
4. Offer 3 is only valid for tours & tickets products. Due to certain requirement by the suppliers, the Offer 3 may not be valid on some products.
5. Cancellation or change of schedule of Tours & Tickets bookings has to be arranged via Merchant’s customer service team and is subject to the terms and conditions of respective suppliers. The Offer 3 enjoyed in the Offer 3 Eligible Transactions/bookings which are subsequently modified will be considered as invalid. Customers have to cancel the original Eligible Transactions/bookings and rebook in order to enjoy Offer 3 again. The customers may not be guaranteed to enjoy Offer 3 again if the quota of Offer 3 Promotion Code has been used up at the time they book the product again.
6. Hang Seng and the Merchant will not accept any liability should Customer fails to input the Eligible Credit Card number in the check-out section and that it results in forfeiture of the Customer’s eligibility to Offer 3.

D. Specific Terms and Conditions of "HKD50 instant discount on High Speed Rail Tickets bookings" (“Offer 4”)
1. Customers are required to make rail tickets bookings (including High Speed Rail - Hong Kong Section & mainland China Section) in a single total net fare amount of HKD500 or above (excluding taxes and surcharges) via Trip.com Platform and input Promotion Code “HSHSR” (“Offer 4 Promotion Code”) in the Fill In Page with Eligible Credit Cards (“Offer 4 Eligible Transaction/bookings”) to enjoy HKD50 instant discount during the Promotion Period.
2. Offer 4 is available in a cap of 370 weekly quotas during the Promotion Period, for the first 6 weeks, with 380 quotas for the 7th week, on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. The weekly quota will be updated from 00:00 to 00:30 on every Tuesday during the promotion period. The quota is calculated based on the computer record of the Merchant.
3. Each Eligible Credit Card can enjoy Offer 4 once only during the Promotion Period.
4. Cancellation or change of schedule of High Speed Rail tickets bookings has to be arranged via Merchant’s customer service team and is subject to the terms and conditions of respective air fare purchased of airlines/ suppliers. The Offer 4 enjoyed in the Offer 4 Eligible Transactions/bookings which are subsequently modified will be considered as invalid. Customers have to cancel the original Eligible Transactions/bookings and rebook in order to enjoy Offer 4 Promotion Code again. The customers may not be guaranteed to enjoy Offer 4 Promotion Code again if the quota of Offer 4 Promotion Code has been used up at the time they book the product again.
