3. Eligible User: Registered users of Trip.com who meet the specific participation requirements of different Promotions.
4. This promotion includes (a) Flash Tours and Tickets, (b) Trip Coins Rebate on Tours and Tickets, (c) Trip Coins Rebate on Hotels and Flights, (d) Mastercard Hotel promo codes, (e) Mastercard Flight promo codes.
5. Due to the limited quantities of promotional products with discounts, your selected booking may be sold out on certain dates. The prices of below promotion products are subject to change without prior notice. Please visit and refresh the specific product page to confirm availability, prices, and applicable terms and conditions.
6. Trip.com reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or change any promo codes and any orders using the promo codes at any time without notice or compensation if we reasonably believe that the use of the promo code is illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent or unlawful. In the event of any dispute, Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation and decision.

All information, including personal information ("Information") submitted or known to Trip.com and/or its affiliates in connection with this Promotion will only be used for the purposes set out in and treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of Trip.com at https://pages.trip.com/service-guideline/privacy-policy-en-sg.html ("Privacy Policy").
10. Governing law: You agree that this Promotion is governed, interpreted, and enforced by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All legal actions, claims, or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.
11. If any terms of the promotion shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the remaining terms shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
12. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

To confirm whether the discount was successfully applied, please check the price on the payment page before submitting payment, or else the user will need to rebook or book the tickets at their original price. Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers are non-refundable. Whether it can be combined with any other discounts, promotions, cashback, or rewards is subject to the details on the page.

b. Trip Coins Rebate on Tours and Tickets

i. Promotion period: 28 Feb 2024 00:00 to 3 Mar 2024 23:59 (GMT+8).
ii. There is no limit on the number of bookings, and each member can enjoy the rebate once only.
iii.【How to Participate】Eligible User: Please signed in Trip.com by App platform (if you have not registered in Trip.com, please register as a Trip.com member first). Members must click on "Participate Now" first and then complete their booking by App to earn extra Trip Coins rebate. The bookings placed before you click "Participate Now" will not receive rewards.
iv.【Trip Coins Reward Amount】Each Eligible User can receive 260 extra Trip Coins without minimum spending requirement (equivalent to approximately HK$20).
v.【Trip Coins Reward Rules】Trip Coins rebate are extra rewards outside the Standard Trip Coins. For more information on Standard Trip Coins, please go to [https://hk.trip.com/customer/loyalty?locale=en_hk]. If you cancel or refund a booking, the rewards obtained will be deducted or invalidated.

viii.【Validity period of rewards】 Trip Coins earned through this Promotion by users are valid for 3 months from the time they are claimed.

c. Trip Coins Rebate on Hotels and Flights

i. Hotel Trip Coins Rebate Promotion Period is 29 Feb 2024 00:00 to 23:59 (GMT+8); Flight Trip Coins Rebate promotion period is 1 Mar 2024 00:00 to 23:59 (GMT+8).
ii. Eligible booking: Travel period for hotel bookings must be before 31 Dec 2024.
iii.【How to Participate】Eligible User: Please signed in Trip.com by App platform (if you have not registered in Trip.com, please register as a Trip.com member first). Member must click on "Participate Now" first and then complete their booking by App to earn extra Trip Coins rebate. The bookings placed before you click "Participate Now" will not receive rewards.
iv.【Trip Coins Reward Amount】 During the Promotion Period, Trip Coins Rebate will be provided for each Hotel and Flight order placed without minimum spending requirement, subject to a maximum limit on the rebate amount per Eligible User. For hotel orders, each Eligible User can receive the 10% extra rewards offering a maximum of 1,540 Trip Coins per person (equivalent to approximately HK$120). For flight orders, each user can receive the 10% extra rewards offering a maximum of 1,925 Trip Coins per person (equivalent to approximately HK$150).
v.【Trip Coins Reward Rules】Trip Coins rebate are extra rewards outside the Standard Trip Coins. For more information on Standard Trip Coins, please go to [https://hk.trip.com/customer/loyalty?locale=en_hk] There is no limit on the number of bookings, and each eligible booking will earn Trip Coins valued at 10% of the order amount. vi.【When will Trip Coins be issued】Trip Coins will be deposited at the same time when the order's Standard Trip Coins is deposited, only after the stay has been completed: For hotel bookings, Trip Coins will be deposited to your account within 2-6 weeks after check-in has been confirmed; especially for Pay-at-Hotel orders, Trip Coins will be deposited after 42 days at the earliest after you finish the stay. Sometimes, it may take longer for you to receive your Trip Coins because the hotel may need more time to send us their confirmations. For flight bookings, the rewards will usually be issued within 3 days after departure.

d. Mastercard Hotel Promo Codes

i. Promotion period: 29 Feb, 2024 at 00:00 (GMT+8), usage period from the time when the promo codes are effective until 29 Feb, 2024 23:59 (HKT).
ii. Quota: 30 quotas of HK$500 off on Hotel bookings and 50 quotas of HK$200 off on Hotel bookings.
iii. Platform: Trip.com’s mobile app (Hong Kong Version 7.4 or above).
iv. Eligible User: The offer is only eligible to Trip.com users with Mastercard issued in Hong Kong and Macau.
v. Promotion: During the promotion period, Eligible User will receive: 1) Instant discount of HK$500 when booking a hotel valued at HK$1,000 or above ; 2) Instant discount of HK$200 when booking a hotel valued at HK$1,000 or above (excluding preauthorization, taxes for room types that are paid for at the hotel, levy regulated by the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong, insurance, and other fees), by inserting the designated promo code when purchasing Hotel products on Platform.
vi. This offer is available on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers. Promo codes which are used earlier than they are announced on Trip.com or later than the deadline of our promotion is invalid.
vii. Only one promo code can be applied to each booking; each user can only use each promo code once at maximum during the whole promotion period.
viii. Hotel cancellation and prepayment policies may vary according to the room types. Please refer to the hotel policies upon reservation. If your hotel is cancelled or changed, you may not be able to enjoy the discount again.
ix. Trip.com shall not be liable for any promo codes that are expired, invalid, cancelled, fully used, unavailable or unavailable due to technical issues, and will not offer compensation in any form.

e. Mastercard Flight Promo Codes

ii. Quota: 30 quotas of HK$500 off on Flight bookings and 50 quotas of HK$200 off on Flight bookings.
iii. Platform: Trip.com’s mobile app (Hong Kong Version 7.4 or above).
iv. Eligible User: The offer is only eligible to Trip.com users with Mastercard issued in Hong Kong and Macau.
v. Promotion: During the promotion period, Eligible User will receive: 1) Instant discount of HK$500 when booking a future flight valued at HK$1,000 or above ; 2) Instant discount of HK$200 when booking a future flight valued at HK$1,000 or above (applicable to single transaction only, excluding taxes and surcharges, excluding domestic flight segments in China) by inserting the designated promo code when purchasing one-way/return flight products with HKD.
vi. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
vii. The promo codes are limited, on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability. Promo codes which are used earlier than they are announced on Trip.com or later than the deadline of our promotion is invalid.
viii. Only one promo code can be applied to each booking; each user can only use each promo code once at maximum during the whole promotion period.
ix. The pre-discount rate represents the full price for this particular fare type. It may differ from the standard retail rate. Due to the requirement of some suppliers, the promotion may not be valid for some fare types. Please refer to the fare policies upon reservation.
x. Flight ticket cancellation and prepayment policies may vary according to the fare types. Please refer to the fare policies upon reservation. If your flight is cancelled or changed, you may not be able to enjoy the discount again.
xi. Trip.com reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or change any promo codes and any orders using the promo codes at any time without notice or compensation if we reasonably believe that the use of the promo code is illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent or unlawful, including but not limited to, registering or making an order with malicious intent, cheating by taking advantage of holes of programs or plug-in programs, reselling, fictitious trading and other activities that violate the terms of activities and the principle of fair.
