Palma has a huge choice of hotels, I was going mainly on a business trip but could add a mini weekend break onto it, so finding somewhere, close to the airport, not too far from Palma and hopefully close to a beach. This was my choice and it fitted the bill. Help at reception was swift and my queries were answered. It is a real mix of German and Uk younger visitors, the buffet was slightly more Euro friendly and suited us perfectly. While I was working, my partner could spend time on the beach and felt safe so close to the hotel. Would probably choose to spend more for a longer holiday, but for this it worked. Smooth trip.

I can’t tell you how much I loved this hotel. We arrived on a busy Wednesday lunchtime - the gentleman that checked us in was so completely lovely and friendly and took the time to tell us all that we needed to know about the hotel. One of our two rooms was ready early, which was so appreciated as we had been up since 12 the night before, they had also allocated two rooms together which was fabulous as I was travelling with my daughters. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. You also get the mini bar free on the first day which is great. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was lovely and friendly and had a smile. The lady who greeted us at breakfast was lovely, the breakfast restaurant isn’t huge but it absolutely has everything needed and the food was all fresh. The guys on the bar that we met at the end of the day when we came back tired from exploring Palma were so lovely, they made the most fabulous cocktails and even recommended which one my daughter should try. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat . It is in a fabulous location and it’s immaculately clean. A fabulous 48 hours in Palma/thank you so much 💫

Our visit to Hard Rock Ibiza in early June was an absolute blast! Despite it being the quiet season, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience we had. The staff at Hard Rock Ibiza went above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, creating the perfect vibe for a memorable night out. Despite it being the quiet season, the venue maintained a vibrant and lively atmosphere, making us feel like we were part of something special. The service was exceptional other than at the pool where it was sloooooow even though it was few customers. Hard Rock Ibiza is a hidden gem even during the quieter months, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic time on the island. We left with unforgettable memories and can't wait to return. Five out of five stars without a doubt!

Have stayed here five Times in total ,had to stay again..We have booked for bank holiday Weekend in August had to stay here again . On the door step of Ibiza town Clean fresh well equipped hotel gym pool spa centre . The hotel reception team are first class helpful and friendly restaurant is clean hot food great choice. Pool area is very clean and fresh food and drinks Well recommend this hotel .

This hotel is everything we needed and more. It was truly luxurious from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, our room (terrace suite) was magnificent and we were very lucky as we booked last minute. The location was perfect. There was a bus stop right outside that connected you to Palma and from there you could get other bus/train connections to other areas like Valldemossa/Soller/ Alcudia etc.!! The breakfast was okay, and nice to have, and the views from the rooftop were incredible. We wouldn’t change a thing apart from maybe (and I’m being really picky) get some more sun longer beds for the rooftop. Otherwise this was a beautiful treasure on the island of Majorca! Thank you for having us ＜3

First time staying here (as we wanted a change/to try a different hotel) and our experience was very stressful. We arrived at our hotel and got put in a room where the shower would flood the bathroom, the lights did not work/flicker and the air con did not work properly. This was uncomfortable in the 28/30 degree heat. We reported this to a lady on the reception who was very dismissive and rude. She did not help at all. I spoke to another member of staff who was very helpful, he came up to the room and tried to sort things for us. He said he would send maintenance to the room the next day. He explained they were fully booked otherwise they would have moved us room. At one point they explained they would swap the faulty room for new guests that were arriving so it would be someone else’s problem which is awful... There was no improvement over our 5 day stay which was very disappointing, whilst I completely appreciate they were fully booked, the rude staff on reception each morning made it completely worse. The food and pool area was good, fresh towels and a nice area to sun bathe although due to the issues with the room and staff, I wouldn’t stay here again.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. Cannot fault the place at all. Everything was clean, the staff were amazing and the breakfast was to die for. We had an issue late at night with a window in the room, we were moved rooms with an offer of leaving our stuff in the original room to collect the next day, we were then given a fruit plate and a bottle of fizz to apologise, then a call from the manager. We were fine with it all but this went over and above what we expected. The pool area was very clean. Our beds were so comfortable and pillows were top class. Bathroom was lovely too with a great shower. 10/10 I would definitely stay again but be aware the hill up to the front door isn’t for the frail and I pity anyone who has to push a wheelchair up. The beach is within walking distance but they put on a free shuttle once a day. Palma is a €2 bus ride away on the No.4 from the Main Street but again they offer a free shuttle into Palma, we thought it best to get our bearings on a bus so we knew how to get back. Nice restaurants within a 10 min walk.

第二次去西班牙的伊比羅星。這不是一個問題,第一次再去一次,這個看起來比去年在特內里費更好!友好的工作人員,舒適,乾淨和寬敞的房間,食物的選擇(早餐是最好的,烤架總是一個好主意晚餐)。酒店本身並不擁擠,房間足夠多,所以你不會被一個巨大的酒店建築羣所壓倒。抵達後,我們的行李馬上就被帶走了,因爲我們在伊比羅星的網站上預訂了登機手續,所以只有最後的接觸,而我們不得不等待大約5分鐘,我們得到了茶點和水果。我們的房間是標準的,在4樓可以看到側海景,但仍然看起來是最好的房間之一,側海景只是部分側面,景色基本上是驚人的。機場10分鐘路程,帕爾馬15分鐘的出租車,您可以隨時指望工作人員爲您訂購。在馬略卡逗留的最佳選擇之一!

早餐很,有一大,從新鮮水果到和,還有和換熱餐。 接待人員一直很有幫助,很友好 房間很大,很漂亮的裝修。 屋頂女也很漂亮,有個小池子。 在帕爾馬市中心的一家大型酒店, 我很樂意回來。

非常好的全方位酒店。所有區域乾淨整潔,早餐和晚餐時提供的食物選擇很好。酒吧區和游泳池休息區外提供午餐,食物選擇合理。提供多種葡萄酒。房間很乾淨整潔,每天打掃,漂亮的陽台俯大海和游泳池區。我們住的3晚的娛樂,標準很好。位置好,步行一小段路就到C'an pastilla,酒店外面的巴士站,定期非常便宜的服務到Palma或Arenal會推薦。

酒店位置很好，距離老城步行幾分鐘就到了。但不是鬧市區。房間非常高大上(相對在德國和荷蘭)住的房間，牀都是1.5米寬的，電視裏竟然還有中央台的西班牙語台，性價比很高，有咖啡和熱水壺。浴室特別大。唯一的不好就是靠路邊的房間，一大早窗外的汽車聲比較大。樓下就是樓外樓中餐廳，浙江阿姨開的。下午一點上班。酒店服務也很好。

這家酒店還不錯,沒什麼特別的。我通過第三方預訂了一間房間,沒有提到我預訂了多少人。我預訂了一個適合2個人的雙人間。當我辦理入住手續時,有人告訴我在預訂中我沒有指定2個人,所以我需要爲房間支付更多的費用(即使房間是2個人)。我還會注意到,在酒店使用保險箱和使用熨斗的廣告費是一筆廣告費,他們需要10歐元的現金暫時使用。酒店的裝飾和裝修已經過時,但離海灘很近,這很棒。酒店沒有海灘通道(如果那裏沒有概述),所以很難從海灘的沙質和潮溼進來。我們在頂樓,但我們的天花板從天花板上的燈泡漏出來。我們提出要求修復它,當天就修復了。但是工作人員非常友善。早上接待小組非常友好和樂於助人。早餐有很多選擇,工作人員非常樂於助人,勤勉地保持一切有序,很好。酒吧的曼紐爾非常棒和友好!我們喜歡在他工作時看到他,他做了很棒的飲料!

I stayed here with my 20 year old daughter for a short 5 night trip, we opted for all inclusive which personally it worked out great for us cost saving. The food choices were really good, anything from freshly made pizzas, a lovely veggie paella, pasta options lasagne, tomato sauce or carbonara the chef makes it to how you like it. Breakfast choice is great, yes it’s very busy & noisy but not too bad. We were dubious after reading reviews of this hotel, if you don’t like noisy hotels this one is deff not for you, you can hear other people in their rooms paper thin walls and clubbers coming in at 3am-6am however we just went back to sleep, but don’t book this hotel if that could be a big concern for you! Deff not a family hotel ie I wouldn’t bring younger children it’s more stag/ hen do/couples groups of friends etc. the hotel reception canteen pool bar is very clean and super modern, we were quite surprised. The pool area is a bit worn looking, however this didn’t bother us much. The rooms are very basic and old furniture but the beds were really comfy (not rock hard like some I’ve stayed in) but super cheap, we had no mold in the bathrooms as stated in other reviews! Drinks option was great for all inclusive all spirits, cocktails, red white wine, Estrella lager. The staff were lovely in the hotel can’t really complain. There was a great boutique shop which sold lots of lovely beach clothes, gifts. jewellery etc and really really cheap for what they were, the lady that worked there was so friendly! For a 3 star hotel I thought it was really good and perfect for the 5 night break we had.

02/05/22。晚餐2人。伊比薩皇家廣場酒店Belvedere餐廳。即使你不是居民,你也可以在這個舒適的房間裏確定精緻的美食,而沒有價格過高,過度設計的炫耀,也許島上更知名的機構!這是,或者應該是,一個嚴密保密的祕密!然而今晚的晚餐是一個啓示......我有一個開胃菜沙拉的開始,這對任何意大利地方都有好處......我的同伴選擇了大蒜和雞蛋的“主”課程我以前從未遇到過這樣的組合!- 我會再回來品嚐這道菜的另一天...我的主要:魚:多拉達魚片。這是煮到絕對完美,讚美被正式送到廚房!沒有甜點的空間......但咖啡和白蘭地對我來說,以及我們開始的更多的空心(華麗)對於我的女主人來說......整個晚上都是一種樂趣,由於突然的傾盆大雨,更多的居民決定在這裏吃飯。和我們一樣,我們沒有失望......價格......好吧,考慮到食物的質量,必須是鎮上最好的交易!強烈推薦。⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ E.H.

剛從巴哈馬羣島回來一週，總的來説，這一週過得很好，我想先給大家介紹一下利弊，先是負面的…我們有兩個孩子，最小的7歲，我們住在酒店主樓附近的一個房間裏，面對着游泳池，酒吧裏的噪音和音樂聲很大，即使是關着門和窗簾，你也能聽到很多噪音，直到午夜。游泳池要到上午10點才開放，當你有兩個孩子時，這會讓人很沮喪。我們到達酒店時，在前台等候了很長時間（他們人手不足），而且他們不那麼友好，不過這很容易改善。積極的方面是，酒店的清潔非常好，食物也很美味、豐盛，如果你選擇的是全包套餐，娛樂團隊也很出色，我的孩子們喜歡所發生的一切。海灘是我去過的最好的地方之一，非常乾淨，水清澈見底。總的來説，我們度過了一個美好的假期，衹要稍加改進，這家酒店的評級就可以達到五星級。

早餐很豐盛，但是整個酒店都是老人家銀髮旅行團的感覺，然後就是小孩，親子旅遊，一點都沒有Ibiza 的派對感覺，離鎮中心也蠻遠的，周圍好荒涼，海不漂亮，沙灘很差，不建議預定，房間也對着海，服務一般，搞衛生的阿姨下午兩點就要下班
