Ggosomewhere酒店就在市中心不遠不近的位置，公交非常便利，5分鐘步行回頭去機場的bus，附近吃的也很多，步行去景點也很近。酒店套間很大，有空調，裝修很好，住着很舒服，有行李寄存的服務，很現代化，推薦。

訪訪客Excellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement
Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

DdavylegrandHotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility.
The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.
One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water.

訪訪客Cama comodísima y almohadas de 10. Vistas espectaculares al mar, pero no está a 500m del centro, más bien al doble y además hay 121 escaleras. El desayuno son 15€ en el hotel. El jacuzzi pequeñito y compartido. El personal muy amable excepto las recepcionistas de mañana.

XXiaoxiongjielimiSissi服務：辦理入住當天上班的酒店前台一個男的服務很差，首先，我們開車過來，一個人去前台問停車問題，前台説沒有提前預訂車位就是現在沒有空位，停車場全滿，然後也沒有工作人員出來幫忙拿行李到大堂，諮詢哪裡可以停車，前台説周圍路邊自己找空位，然後我們開車來了很久才找到一處可以停車，然後兩個人拖着4個拉桿箱大上坡步行去酒店花了15分鐘，山路十八彎，到了酒店前台給安排的房間特別遠，從酒店前台到房間需要穿越一條20多個房間的超長走廊，然後轉彎抵達電梯，乘坐電梯下樓繼續穿越兩個10多個房間的走廊，反正就是左轉右轉，拖着四個箱子終於抵達房間，打開房門發現沒有電，給前台打電話打了8個沒人接，一個人又走很遠去前台，前台派了電工來維修，電工表示有點困難，我們又拉着箱子走了很遠去了前台，前台説滿房無法安排更換，聯繫攜程，前台和攜程客服説的就是剛剛和我們説的，無法安排其他的，你就等工人修好後再入住，本來3點可以入住，從4點多等到了快晚上7點真的超級無語，酒店前台説你們可以選擇不住，也這麼和攜程平台説的，攜程客服還是很負責的，但是攜程無法左右這家酒店，酒店沒有牙刷牙膏棉簽，化粧棉，衹有香皂和一瓶三合一沐浴用品，紙抽盒裡衹有5張紙巾，僅提供2瓶礦泉水，被非常薄，而且沒有被罩，是由兩個被單上下夾在一起的，酒店房間隔音很差，門外走廊腳步聲很清晰，彷彿你開着門，房間左右樓上隔壁走路腳步聲特別大，非常影響睡眠，提前5個多月預訂的豪華海景房，給安排的房間在陽台有兩棵大樹，看海景需要透過大樹才可以，5晚房價為人民幣9108.38元，然後酒店實際現場就是這樣的，特別差，真的不要看小紅書款推薦了，簡直踩大雷，真的超級雷，而且對待中國人極其不友好，對待中國人就是拉個大臉你愛住不住，沒有服務，對待西人就是滿臉笑容，服務態度很好。既然對待中國不友好不友善，就真的沒必要花錢買氣受。避雷223房間，因為陽台對面有兩棵大樹，景色不太好。沒有圖3圖4的洗漱用品，酒店完全不提供的，而且我們住了5晚第2天晚上回酒店發現沒有紙巾了，給前台打電話，前台説會安排人送過來，直到我們第5天離開酒店，紙巾也沒送來，從第二天晚上就開始不提供紙巾了，我們自己去超市花了3.59歐自己買了紙抽，很無語，和酒店負責服務的女士反應過了，也填寫了服務問卷，但是紙巾從31日到1月3日酒店再也沒提供過了！

匿匿名用戶我們一行六人住了四晚,三個房間,有一些好點:工作人員很多很友好,酒店離海灘很近,餐廳提供各種美食。
然而,總體經驗令人失望。
最大的問題是乾淨,房間的浴巾極其髒,用完才注意到,房間裏的椅子上也全是小毛,水壺蓋子上有黴菌。
還有好幾個服務和跟進問題,房間保險櫃不工作,從來沒有修好過我們選擇了綠色清潔政策,應該包括免費迷你吧服務,但入住期間從未提供或重新填充迷你吧,我們向前台報了四次,但什麼也沒解決。
溝通也需要改進。我通過應用程序預訂了水療護理,但當我到達時,被告知這只是“請求”,而不是確認的預約。另外,打電話到前台,還沒說完就斷了電話,這發生了兩次。
最後,雖然我們訂了全食宿,但晚餐沒有包含飲料,甚至還有水要單獨付費,這一點沒有明確解釋。
總體來說,位置,食物種類和一些工作人員都不錯,但反覆的清潔,維護和服務問題使住宿低於預期。

訪訪客As of June 2025, the hotel is in very good condition. This is a higher-quality than average hotel, although not luxury. Finishings, designs, rooms and maintenance are higher/better than usual. The pool/pathways areas are impecable. Bushes perfectly trimmed, not a leave or fallen flower on the floor. Beautiful and cared for daily. June is a great moment to come to Mallorca as it is already very warm/hot enough to crave pool and beach but not hot enough you don't want to walk around. Also, the amount of people is very reasonable. Come July/August, things change and crowds make everything less enjoyable. Front is nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet (in my case I paid for the immense convenience) fantastic.
The beach is a 3-minute walk from the side exit door, just crossing the main street. The beach is fantastic, clean and it barely has any weeds. However, although we did not have issues to find a space, I don't want to be there in July/August as there are around 100 ft from water to the back and I bet it will be more difficult to find a space with a crowd. Hotel location is great as it is right in the main street with plenty food and the typical ”everything” stores within walking distance. We stayed 5 days and didn't need to take the car to go have dinner. The rate was also higher than average but there are plenty reasons why it is fair. Overall, very happy with the stay and every aspect of the hotel.
