英國沃裏克郡設有水療的酒店

Gorgeous hotel with perfect staff. Busy restaurant and bar. The pool changing rooms need an upgrade but otherwise would stay again.

我們預訂了房間，我的兒子和女兒因為剛剛完成考試而被升級。我們養了狗，我們的房間很好，門通向大片綠色區域，你可以坐在外面。前夕很忙，因為有一個舞會和另一個活動，餐廳的服務很慢。我與接待處的主管交談並解釋了我們遇到的問題，她非常樂於助人 - 他們為我們提供了飲料和午餐作為歉意，這是一個很好的舉動。我們一定會回來的。

這家飯店環境優美，地理位置優越，離埃文河畔斯特拉特福非常近。唯一的不足之處是用餐時間。早餐供應需要更好的管理，或需要一位餐廳經理。早餐經常供應不足，客人必須不斷詢問缺少的物品。 其次，婚禮派對/賓客需要經過一間早餐室才能到達婚禮儀式室。當賓客被引導到早餐室時，飯店客人還在吃早餐。這個房間應該分開，讓飯店客人有充足的空間和時間享用早餐。我們搬到了酒吧區，但情況更糟，因為人們在上午11點之前就蜂擁而至喝酒！ 如果酒吧要營業，那就把婚禮賓客引導到一個區域，而不是打擾飯店的賓客。我們感到非常不舒服，感覺像是在打擾他們。 我想說的另一點是，播報婚禮訊息的女士應該對工作人員更有禮貌。我聽到有人突然命令我挪動一件物品……這太粗魯了，讓人無法接受，尤其是在客人或任何人面前，更別提讓相關工作人員感到尷尬了。 所有員工都很友善，我只是覺得他們需要一些訓練或指導，才能更好地管理一個井然有序的早餐室。晚餐很棒，只是有時有點混亂和緩慢。需要更細心。 水療中心和泳池都很棒。 總而言之，我們度過了一段非常美好的時光，我們的房間也非常棒！ 我一定會再來的……只是需要再僱用一些員工，如果需要的話，可以考慮季節性的。

酒店地理位置優越,適合前往雅芳的Stratford短途旅行。只需步行一小段路程即可到達市中心。 房間舒適,牀很大。停車場方便,豐富。不太貴。 缺點(略微)沒有電梯。但只有2層。我們處理的工作人員很友好,樂於助人。沒有需要解決的問題。我們沒有使用休閒設施。

酒店地點很好是在郊區的一個高爾夫球場,離公路都很近但是必須要開車。唯一可以投訴的地方就是早餐真的做得很爛別的都挺好的

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

這家酒店是我英倫之行中性價比最高的酒店，非常超值！房間很大，牀和枕頭都很舒服，設施齊全，免費停車，早餐也超棒！其實應該是一家古老的莊園改造的，花園超級大，使我想起來唐頓莊園。前台的小哥哥超幽默，表情豐富極了。
