Everyone is so friendly and helpful. One of my son is picky eater. They made him something off the menu. I was great full, because he get to eat food. It is a beautiful hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are quite large and comfortable and the service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel! I did not eat in the restaurant but the meal from room service was excellent.

The best hotel we stayed in India. It’s new and clean. All the staffs are very professional, helpful and friendly. Around the hotel, you can find so many good places to eat and hang out.

酒店位置和產品本身都不錯。服務人員除了前台都不錯。都帶着態度。不願意幫忙,提供錯誤信息,從不爲自己的錯誤感到抱歉。他們應該從您的餐飲,家政和禮賓部學習,以熱情好客。從入住到每天退房,前台喜怒無常的工作人員肯定會有問題。他們在報道問題方面非常好。前台的Amin很好,順利解決問題,但如果他是唯一的一個,那就毫無意義了。希望管理層可以通過派他們接受培訓來採取行動

Centrally located in Bangalore with a sprawling view of bangalore turf club. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

In the lobby and the way to your rooms is smell with cigarettes.  The location is good near restaurant and mall.

Room was clean but water pressure was very bad. Pressure fluctuated and couldn’t get any hot water while showering… Otherwise ok. But I may stay elsewhere next time

Lovely stay, nice pool, friendly staff, breakfast was good too, and location is v close to the G***da mall. The only limitation is space, probably because it's in the city center. There is hardly any garden area and the size of the pool is small, though it's pretty nice! I would stay again next year! Good value for money.
