酒店：整潔 位置：**在2分鐘的步行距離 泊車：酒店有收費代客泊車，但每天要提早15分鐘取車 職員：除了門口的泊車接待員外，其他員工的精神面貌需要提高，沒有笑容，冷漠的工作態度，跟接待處要求其先行取車，獲得的回覆是必須於原地等待，我們每天在冷風中等待了15分鐘

Hotel che si merita tutte le sue 4 stelle! Personale cortese e disponibile. Ti parcheggiano l'auto e ti portano il bagaglio in camera. Noi avevamo la suite, bella, spaziosa e con una vista meravigliosa.non abbiamo utilizzato la spa ma è presente. Il ristorante è un buon motivo per tornare, tutto veramente buono e con un ottimo servizio. Vale la pena tornare!!

The hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!

酒店位置優越。訂了帶陽台的房間,所以值得額外收費。儘量保留更高的樓層,因爲周圍小路有些交通但不過度。早餐很棒,選擇很多。不斷補充。房間裏沒有水壺,但接待時爲我們提供了水壺。 出去之前在陽台上喝一杯很好。當地餐館很多,il Patio很可愛。懸崖港一側還有一個酒吧,外面有座位,可以俯海灣,在塵土中欣賞美景,一杯漂亮的葡萄酒。海前距離酒店只有3分鐘的步行路程,您可以乘船到Portofino,這是體驗Portofino的可愛方式。

很美，交通便捷，服務也不錯。但是洗衣服務不行，我送去洗的衣服一片巧克力，完全沒洗一樣還給我。停車很難，前台讓你附近停車，吃了兩天罰單

我們預訂了兩個酒店房間,但提供了搬到酒店擁有的公寓的選擇,這是一個偉大的決定,因爲我們能夠和青少年一樣呆在同一個空間,有一個完整的廚房,兩個浴室,距離酒店接待處只有200米。在拉帕洛度過了一個輝煌的住宿(我們享受了太多自己,所以我們延長了一晚),並在酒店度過了一個美妙的體驗,肯定會再次回來。

酒店位置離火車站很近，進出非常方便。 房間裏面積還算寬敞，古色古香的。 早餐品種豐富，食材也不錯，服務也到位。 不足就是設施有點陳舊，電視機經常馬賽克無法正常觀看。

This place is great. It’s old but that’s the charm. It’s beautiful and unique. The service provided was easily one of the best parts about the stay, everyone was extremely nice and professional. The amenities were amazing, there was like 4 different types of saunas and even 4 different types of showers (who knew?) and being able to jump into crystal blue waters and then order a beer to my pool lounge which was next to the rocks was pretty sick.
