We stayed in this hotel because it was close to a friend’s wedding venue. The hotel is on a vast property and is quite nice to look at as you drive up the grand driveway. We arrived late in the evening of our first night. Lobby staff were quite nice but when we got to our room which was pretty far away, the room cards weren’t working. Luckily, a staff member was walking by and helped us get a new card. We stayed here four nights and had problems with the room card every time we returned to our room. Pretty frustrating. The hotel has a beautiful view of the volcano and surrounding mountains but it is old and feeling worn down. Breakfast was ok and staff were friendly. Wouldn’t come again though. But thanks for the stay!

It was an excellent stay, service, cleanliness,my children enjoyed the heated pool. The complementary birthday cake I was requested for my daughter never arrived.i wished even small details request can be look after too. We wished to comeback soon this march for my son's birthday and I hope that my request will be granted. Overall excellent stay and breakfast buffet excellent a lot of dishes to choose from. Thank you twin lakes, mngt and staff.

Going to Nuvali area is really worth. Seda hotel has a good ambiance and nice place to stay. Great amenities that you can enjoyed.
