土耳其伊茲密爾省設有SPA的酒店

Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good. There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him. Some cons and things to take note of: 1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion. 2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue. 3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay. 4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.

我們是春節期間入住的伊茲密爾萬豪酒店，非常滿意的入住體驗。房間裏面有國內可以使用的插座一個，不用轉換接頭。我們把四個行李箱半攤開也不侷促。去行政樓層喝下午茶，電視裏面播放的是春節晚會，服務員説你們又要搞奧運會了呀，哈哈哈。晚上還送了一個蛋糕到我們房間，祝我們新春快樂！大年初一的早上我們在房間裏面看到了彩虹🌈。停車沒有收費，代客泊車我們給了小費。酒店沿海邊（面對大海右手邊）走500米有個餐廳，在海邊警局的對面sakiz餐廳味道不錯，適合中國味，特別是有一款little shrimp燒烤做的很好吃。酒店出門沿海邊左手走100米是土耳其銀行的ATM機，取款不要手續費。再選一次，我還是會選萬豪入住。

Güzel temiz bir Otel. Ancak normal odaları çok küçük. Valiz koyacak yer bile yok sayılır. Dubleks yüksek tavanlı odaları çok şirin ve geniş. Rezervasyon yapacaklara bu odayı tavsiye ederim.

酒店比較新，床很舒服，性價比很高，房間打掃的乾淨，工作人員很好，很熱情,早餐也不錯，早餐在-1層，桑拿房在-2層，如果你需要停車，請把你的車停在酒店門口去到前台會有人幫忙停車.當你需要開車的時候，請通知前台。桑拿房不是時常開着的，如果有需要先通知前台幫你準備。這裏開車去往海邊很近，附近有飯館

地點就在大型購物商場附近，酒店有直通通道直接去商場，酒店周圍有地鐵站，電車和大型公共巴士總站，去切什栴等地方也十分方便，酒店早餐種類豐富，服務態度友善，房間乾淨舒適

房間很大，但有一扇小窗戶，面向外面的庭院，庭院裡佈滿了管道和通風口。昏暗的燈光加上柔和的棕色牆壁顏色使它感覺像一口**。撥打客戶體驗電話並被掛斷......很可能是語言障礙。浴室裡的水不冷不熱。前台服務非常有幫助，尤其是在幫助我們其中一位需要藥物的人時。當我們在深夜到達時，準備食物很困難（房間裡的電話撥號有問題，電子訂購系統無法處理以 M 開頭的房間號碼），但是當它到達時，它很美味。

歡迎非常好。艾多安先生、塞倫女士和伯納都很熱情。 所有的工作人員都非常友好，尤其是SPA區的Melda女士，他們都非常友好，面帶微笑。我們就像在自己的家一樣，沒有感覺像個陌生人。

沒有電梯， 離機場近， 暖心的歡迎電子屏幕， 住了親子間， 一張大床，兩張小床， 結果親子房沒有空調， 時候大床有空調， 洗漱台也不是很方便， 但搖搖椅很舒服！

我們在創世紀酒店度過了美好的時光。一切都超出了我們的期望。工作人員很友好,專業,總是願意幫忙。 房間乾淨,舒適,維護得很好,整個酒店一塵不染,所有設施條件都很好。我們也真的很喜歡早餐,健身房的設備令人驚訝,很容易跟上我們的鍛鍊。 總體來說,創世紀是一個小,舒適,管理非常好的酒店,我們一定會再次入住這裏,完全可以放心推薦。100%推薦。

酒店離機場不太遠(單程帶出租車約120-130土耳其里拉)。酒店距離Gatemier市中心步行距離,有很多商店和餐館,距離火車站步行距離,可以帶您到伊茲密爾市中心。酒店本身很乾淨,工作人員友好。hote房間舒適,自助早餐是土耳其/大陸的混合早餐。在我的情況下,沒有任何問題,我可以延遲退房。 負:由於客人大聲說話,走廊可能會很吵。
