#ChasingAutumnInZhangjiajie Because some places were on autumn break, the forest park was surprisingly crowded during the off-season. The VIP reservation we made in advance was definitely worth it. Even the Hundred-Mile Ladder had a two-hour queue, but thanks to the tour guide's reasonable arrangements, we were in no rush. With the VIP reservation, we didn't have to queue at all. We entered at 10 am and finished everything by 5:30 pm.

A day trip to Zhangjiajie's Tianmen Mountain is a truly recommended wonderland experience! This Tianmen Mountain day trip exceeded all expectations, with no complaints at all. Five stars! [Itinerary] The tour guide arranged the meeting time and location in advance, ensuring no wasted time. The cable car ride up and down the mountain was breathtaking, especially Asia's longest. The 25-minute ride overlooking the mountains and sea of ​​clouds was like a journey into a fairyland. [Key Attractions] The glass plank walkway was thrilling but not terrifying, offering a clear view of the abyss below. Safety measures were in place. Tianmen Cave is a true natural wonder, and climbing the 999 steps was exhausting but incredibly rewarding. The views from the Guigu Plank Walkway were breathtaking; when shrouded in mist, it felt like walking through the clouds. [Guide Service] I highly recommend Guide Wang, who was both professional and humorous, and provided a wealth of geological knowledge and folklore along the way. [Notes] We recommend choosing a sunny day for the best views. The temperature at the top is much lower than at the base, so remember to bring a jacket. Booking tickets in advance is crucial; it saves time queuing. Overall, this one-day tour is a great value, with tickets, cable car, and guide services included, leaving you with nothing to worry about. It's perfect for travelers with limited time but who still want to experience Tianmen Mountain in depth.

We booked a 4-day private tour in Zhangjiajie for two ladies, led by our English-speaking guide, Evan Zhu. He took excellent care of us, ensuring our safety when we arrived late at night on a speed train from Guangzhou. He picked us up and checked us into our hotel. The following day, Evan checked the weather and planned our trip to Wulingyuan, considering that it involves a lot of hiking and good weather for capturing great photos. He informed us that the forecast for the next two days wouldn't be as favorable due to rain and fog. He knows the area well and tailored the itinerary to our interests. We highly recommend Trip.com and Evan Zhu's services if you're visiting Zhangjiajie!
