I really enjoyed both parks. The entertainment options were exactly as described. Unfortunately, the type of transportation didn't match the description—we had planned a private minibus tour, but a nice, but average-sized car (about the size of a Toyota Camry) picked us up. This was frankly disappointing. The driver was very nice and helpful, but didn't speak a word of English.★

We booked conveniently with Trip.com. I was nervous as I had not used the site before, but it was straightforward and smooth. Moments after booking iMemory contacted me via Whatsapp to confirm the trip, the pick up location, the time, passports, and questions. Everything was smooth for setup. The day of the trip, our guide met us, and provided details of the trip, and fascinating history of Guangzhou and surrounding cities. During the trip our guide, Lao, ensured a seamless process with the ticketing and passports as well as entries. We could then enjoy the views, the attractions and all the nuances of the center. Of course the glass bridge was the focal point of the visit. Hundreds of meters up with the beauty of the waterfall and jungle below. We took lots of pictures and videos. The gorgeous scenery and pristine landscape provided "ahs" aplenty. The images of the site or Google only provide a glimmer of the beauty. This center is a must see while in Guangzhou.★

Very convenient; scanning the QR code to enter the park quickly allowed entry. The timetable was displayed on the screens. The mini-train offered close-up views of the animals, while the cable car provided panoramic views. Overall, it was a very good experience. The staff were also very patient and answered all questions. Water was available at the dining area. A great experience and definitely worth the trip.★

What an incredible guide! Michael (李老师) was arranged for our tour, and he was simply outstanding. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, he made everyone feel comfortable. His local expertise and passion for history made every site we visited fascinating, and he shared his very, very in-depth knowledge of Buddhism, which truly brought the cultural sites to life. We felt we truly understood Guangzhou's culture after our day with him. He's friendly, respectful, and a wealth of knowledge. 10/10! We've already told our friends about him and would not hesitate to be returning customers.
