Excellent tour service, David is my tour guide, He give me for great service, his english is very good, easy to communicated. and take care very well. The tour itineraries as schedule, Pingshan Canyon is amazing but you need to walk a lot with more than 1000 stairs but worth for visiting. Extremely recommend this tour experience

#ChasingAutumnInZhangjiajie Because some places were on autumn break, the forest park was surprisingly crowded during the off-season. The VIP reservation we made in advance was definitely worth it. Even the Hundred-Mile Ladder had a two-hour queue, but thanks to the tour guide's reasonable arrangements, we were in no rush. With the VIP reservation, we didn't have to queue at all. We entered at 10 am and finished everything by 5:30 pm.

We spent excellent 2 days with our lovely tour guide Amanda! Thanks to her, we did not have to worry about tickets or which route/buses to take. She is from the region and was knowledgeable about the national parks. Also, our driver was careful, efficient and no problems with the transfers.

I was extremely satisfied with this trip. Our guide, James, provided attentive and meticulous service. The entire itinerary was thoughtfully and reasonably planned, with a perfectly balanced pace that ensured everyone had a relaxed and enjoyable experience. His explanations of the sights were lively and engaging, and he constantly paid attention to the group's needs, making for a perfect experience! Most fortunately, we managed to see the highlights despite the rainy and foggy weather, making it all worthwhile – it was fantastic!

We booked a 4-day private tour in Zhangjiajie for two ladies, led by our English-speaking guide, Evan Zhu. He took excellent care of us, ensuring our safety when we arrived late at night on a speed train from Guangzhou. He picked us up and checked us into our hotel. The following day, Evan checked the weather and planned our trip to Wulingyuan, considering that it involves a lot of hiking and good weather for capturing great photos. He informed us that the forecast for the next two days wouldn't be as favorable due to rain and fog. He knows the area well and tailored the itinerary to our interests. We highly recommend Trip.com and Evan Zhu's services if you're visiting Zhangjiajie!
