Due to time constraints, we were unable to book a Chinese tour guide, so we opted for an English tour guide, which resulted in a truly memorable trip. He patiently explained the features and precautions along the way and the landscape, helped us take photos, and arranged the itinerary in a leisurely manner. He even added a special stop for us, the dam scene from "Attack on Titan" 🎬

I went on a tour with a high school student and it was great. The guide introduced us to some great restaurants. Best of all, she was a local and spoke Korean very well, so we had a comfortable and enjoyable time. The beer factory was closed, so we switched to Attack on Titan, but it was still a great trip with the kids.

Text: On April 3, this spring season, I was fortunate to follow Thomas' guide on the cherry blossom tour of Kyushu. This trip not only let me appreciate the beautiful scenery of Kyushu cherry blossoms, but also let me feel the infinite charm of nature through the four seasons. Thomas's tour guide arrangement is thoughtful and meticulous, from the planning of the itinerary to the choice of attractions, fully consider the experience and feelings of tourists. He knows everything about Kyushu, but he can adjust his itinerary flexibly according to the weather and flowering times to ensure that we can enjoy the most beautiful scenery. What impressed me most was the beautiful photos taken by Thomas' guide. He seemed to have a pair of eyes that found beauty, always able to capture the fleeting moments, the beauty of Kyushu cherry blossoms in the camera. Each photo is exquisitely composed and colorful, making people feel as if they are immersed in the situation, feeling the beauty of cherry blossoms, the gentleness of spring breeze and the magic of nature. Especially worth mentioning that although we came to Kyushu in spring, under the guidance of Thomas, we felt like we had experienced the change of seasons. The meeting point was right by the Starbucks at the east-shiroku exit of Hakata Station, and we departed right on time. Some tourists overslept and didn't even wait. They were very punctual. The bus was in excellent condition, with plenty of air conditioning. The guide was very welcoming. Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso were both great. Despite the heat, Kumamoto Castle was worth visiting; it's air-conditioned and offers a panoramic view from above. There were also many delicious dishes on the first floor. The horse meat fried cakes were delicious, and the limited-edition watermelon soda was very quenching. Due to Mount Aso's active season, we couldn't get the bus to our nearest viewing location, which was a shame. The ice cream on the mountain was delicious and worth trying. The set lunch menu was also good, though a bit pricey up there. The air was nice, and walking on the grass was much cooler than at the foot of the mountain.

Our tour guide, Ms. Zhuo, was incredibly genuine, with a wonderful personality and a straightforward nature. Unlike other tour guides who are often driven by self-interest, she genuinely shared the best local food and attractions with us. The entire trip was very relaxing and perfectly planned, making for a smooth day. We avoided traffic jams and didn't waste any time. It was the luckiest trip of our entire trip, and I'd love to see her again! The driver was also a wonderful presence, providing enthusiastic and engaging explanations that were especially entertaining.

It was a very pleasant trip. Thanks to our guide, Miss Selina, for taking us on a day trip. She was very warm and gentle, and took very good care of us. We even drank Aso milk. Looking forward to our next trip to Kyushu!
