Wow!! I cannot recommend this trip enough!! It was absolutely amazing, the perfect blend of guidance and information with enough freedom to explore and see things on your own. Dao was the best tour guide, I've ever had, anywhere. I did this tour with my wife and sister, but I will definitely be taking my parents and friends on this exact tour when they visit me. If you want to see the Summer Palace and the Great Wall of China and you only have one full day in Beijing, then 1000000% book this trip. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

I highly recommend this tour. The guide was polite and explained everything in English. Unfortunately, she refused to use a translator, speaking only English, so we had to follow her around to buy tickets for the funiculars to go up the wall. It's convenient that the bus picks us up everywhere, which is the only reason we booked this tour, so we wouldn't have to worry about getting there ourselves. The bus from the Summer Palace was a bit delayed in the evening due to traffic, so we got off at the Stadium at 6:00 PM and, exhausted, headed back to the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed everything.

Great trip! Our guide Lucy was knowledgeable, patient and attentive to the needs of travellers of different ages. We took the return cable to Tower 14 which was perfect - easy route for the elderly or anyone with leg issues. It was sunny in the morning - we had 4 hours on the Great Wall which gave us sufficient time to explore and take alot of amazing photos. Summer palace was great too but weather turned cloudy and was drizzling which can't be helped. All in all, no complaints.
