Reviews: Tuscany Day Trip from Florence: Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and Lunch at a Winery

We had such a wonderful time with Luca. He was informative, energized and clear to understand. Even after such a long day we are leaving in such a great mood. We would recommend this tour and Luca to anyone looking for the Italian experience outside of Florence needs to book.
Reviews: The Best Tour in Florence: Renaissance and Medici Tales
Guest User2025-11-02
The title is true, it really was the best tour I experienced in Florence. Do not miss this one! Our guide Manuel explained all the interesting information about the Renaissance and Medici time period, he was very knowledgeable and very entertaining at the same time. He kept saying his English needs work, but I found him to be rather fluent and easy to understand. I learned so much on this walking tour and was so glad I found it! Give him a BIG TIP TOO, he totally deserves it! Loved his presentation and highly recommend this tour!
Reviews: David & Accademia Gallery: 1-Hour Small Group Tour

our guide, Dana, was absolutely marvelous. She took us to David very slowly and we saw David first from a distance and then very close up. Her knowledge of Michelangelo was astonishing.
Reviews: Tuscany Experience: Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano & Wine Tasting

The experience was sensational, a simply incredible day, where the tour simplifies the visit to Tuscany. I had the opportunity to see several unmissable places with a specialized and worthwhile itinerary. The guide Barbara and the driver Francesco were sensational, leading the whole group with good humor and lots of information.

Great tour guides Chiara, Nadia and Myriam, who were very friendly and narrated a lot of fun information while we were on the bus. The bus was a double decker, air conditioned and very clean. Check in was easy, and tour was easy to follow. The local guide in Siena was wonderful, without her we would have walked around thinking oh this place is beautiful, but not knowing all those interesting back stories. Time in Siena was ok, but San Gimignano felt a bit too rushed. Just under 1.5 hours to walk around in the town, which is quite nice, with lots of things to see or do. And they also have purportedly the world's best gelato! If I had my own free time I could probably spend a whole day there! But with the amount of things fitted into a one day tour, this was to be expected. It would've been nice to have a local guide in San Gimignano as well actually. It's a very nice intro tour to these regions if you're tight on time. The wine tasting was well organized, but I'm not a wine person so can't really comment on the quality or taste haha! There is lots of walking involved, some uphill portions. Overall we enjoyed the tour and I would recommend this, especially if you're limited on time.
Reviews: Small-Group Wine Tasting Experience in the Tuscan Countryside

My friend and I participated. Since it was an unfamiliar local tour, I was a little nervous, but our guide was kind and we had a really great time. We visited two wineries, both of which were incredibly beautiful. This winery tour is one of the best memories of our trip to Italy.
