This was my first time booking. I was planning to use it in two countries (Africa and the Middle East), and when I checked, I was told it would work. Upon arrival, I couldn't connect, so I contacted the customer service, who responded very courteously. The speed and signal were stable, and I was able to use it for 15 days. The price was much cheaper than renting a pocket WiFi. I'd like to use it again.★

I couldn't connect the first time. My advice: after connecting, I recommend rebooting my phone. The connection is good, but there are some issues. I think it's a coverage issue in the country, not the carrier.
