I booked early the day of departure, and everything went perfectly. Confirmation was quick, the transfer arrived on time, and the ride was comfortable. The speedboat departure and arrival times were also spot on.★

We were met with a sign right as we exited the jet bridge. We were escorted to passport control and baggage claim. The entire process from disembarking to entering the arrivals area took no more than 15 minutes. Thanks to the staff.★

so so so good!!! great people, great safety. really great that although collected as a bigger group my son and so did the ATV just the two of us with a guide and that seemed to be standard. the zip lines we had two other girls so just 4 of us and two guides so no waiting around. all equipment provided including ponchos for rain. water also given on multiple occasions. definitely recommended★

I chose Lazy Cat based on my trust in Ctrip's reputation. The service attitude of Lazy Cat was indeed excellent, and the trip was worthwhile. Although the weather was not good today and there was a little incident in the middle, the tour guide helped me solve it smoothly. I am really grateful! The tour guide and crew were serious and responsible, and their attitude was also very good. They also provided a lot of emotional value. Next time I come, I will definitely choose Lazy Cat to go out to sea. I feel safe and the food is also good. It tastes good.★

Excellent! You get what you pay for. Since we stayed near the airport, it was quite far to go out to sea. This tour included pick-up and drop-off, which was very convenient.
Upon arrival, the tour explained the important points and created a lively atmosphere. The tour guide was very nice and friendly. The guide for the tour next to us, Rainbow, also seemed great; they're from the same company.
The service on board was impeccable. They provided excellent food, drinks, and entertainment. The crew members were all incredibly friendly, and the photographer was especially dedicated, taking photos from various angles that turned out beautifully. Looking at everyone's photos felt like looking at a magazine.
I think it was excellent value for money. Thumbs up! I'd definitely come again if I have the chance.
