非常棒的酒店，位置優越，距離中心景區很近。環境優美，臨近一條大河，晚間打開窗户看到大河上的落日餘暉，這是最大的亮點，頗受青睞。我們是在法國駕車旅行途中通過攜程網預訂酒店，k原來定好住一天，後來我們幾人都患感冒了，在這裏遇到前台值班的一位美女（5月5日值班），她非常熱情的幫助我們，介紹一家當地最大的醫院看急診。是我們在她的建議下順利就醫了。我們感覺這家酒店很舒服，像居家一樣，於是又增加了一天。我們的感冒很快就好了。非常感謝前台的美女，也感謝酒店為旅客帶來的舒適和便利。

Excellent and friendly Check in. For bicycles storage Safe place available, which is a added value, If you are on a bicycle Tour. Hotel ist a bit Off the Center, so you might need to walk 10-20 minutes

最近入住宜必思白蘭地酒店,整體體驗非常滿意。酒店地理位置優越,靠近市中心,方便探索白蘭地的主要景點。房間雖然小,但很乾淨,牀很舒服,提供了一晚的睡眠。工作人員很友好,樂於助人,讓我感到賓至如歸。早餐種類繁多,特別是新鮮的當地面包和咖啡,爲一天的開始提供了很好的開端。總的來說,宜必思幹是商務和休閒旅客的超值選擇。

酒店非常好地坐落在市中心,有相當原有的裝飾(也許有點老了..)和非常正確的服務。
沒有專門的免費私人停車場,房間裏的設備相當簡,但很短暫的停車場,大體上足夠。
如果我們回到尼奧特,我們不會猶回到尼奧特。

Отель очень удобен для ранних вылетов. На трамвае до аэропорта всего одна остановка, которая находится в минуте ходьбы от отеля. Чистый номер с кофеваркой, удобная кровать. Дружелюбный персонал.

We had a very warm welcome from Paula at the hotel desk. She was was kind and helpful in sorting issue we had with room booking. A huge thank you to her for her kindness and helping us on our visit to the dune de Pilat. Wonderful stay.

Here's the pro about apparteo (Good location next to the bassins a flot, really nice view during my stay which you could see a beautiful sunset 🌇 , bus station just in front of the hotel and not too far away the tram station cité du vin which is only 5 Stations away from Center of Bordeaux, you have also Les hangars not far away which is one of the most peaceful place to walk day or night, I mean Apparteo position is actually really good, everything looked clean except a few things but doesn't bother, it is a also a residence of students)
Now about the cons, if someone didn't help me, I couldn't have entered the building nor having access to do the check-in, in fact you need a pin code that I Never received which the card of your room is inside with other card which can be a little bit odd, anyway can have access to it, the office was close each time I try to check someone no matter the time, the smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant but I could manage to get over it from opening every window and little perfume, but it come back if I keep the door close of the bathroom
The table where I was eating was moving a lot, but honestly other than those few cons that can be managed, it was a really pleasant stay, I enjoyed a lot and could sleep really well, calm, peaceful, nice view
I highly recommend this place as the few cons can be solved easily, just wished to see someone at the reception and it would have been even better.
Voici les bons de l'établissement Apparteo, celui-ci est vraiment très bien situé proche des bassins à flots, la chambre qui m'a été attribué avait une excellente vue avec un couché de soleil vraiment magnifique et apaisant, il y a une station de bus juste devant l'hôtel et la station de tram cité du vin n'est pas loin, celle-ci est à seulement 5 Stations du centre de Bordeaux , pas très loin il y a aussi les hangars, belle promenade de jour comme de nuit, honnêtement Apparteo est très bien positionné, tout été assez propre malgré de légers défauts, Apparteo est aussi une résidence étudiante.
Maintenant pour la mauvaise parti, heureusement qu'une personne qui séjournent dans l'établissement m'a aider sinon je n'aurai pas eu l'accès à celui-ci ni eu la possibilité de récupérer ma réservation de chambre, surtout qu'il y a besoin d'un code pour ouvrir la boîte où se trouve enveloppe pour la carte de chambre, le problème ici c'est qu'il y a aussi les réservations d'autres personnes accessible, je pense qu'il faudrait sécurisé un peu plus l'accès à ses informations, du coup ni a mon arrivée ni a mon départ je n'ai pu croisé de réceptionniste, il y avait aussi une odeur assez désagréable dans la salle de bain / toilette, ouvrir les fenêtres et mettre un peu de parfum à pu atténuer l'odeur mais celle-ci revenez si je fermé la porte de la salle de bain, la table à manger été assez instable mais en dehors de cela , le séjour été vraiment agréable, belle endroit, assez calme, fan des bassins à flot, la vue incroyable, bref excellent de se côté là
Au final je recommande totalement Apparteo malgré les petits défauts qui peuvent être résolu assez rapidement avec de la volonté, vraiment dommage que je n'ai pu croisé personne a la réception.

VV W H我在波爾多的這家公寓飯店住得很愉快。我從火車站走到那裡，不算遠，但也不算近。一開始我找不到它，因為它在主幹道附近，但一旦熟悉了路，我覺得它還不錯！飯店內有洗衣機和烘乾機，你可以在前台購買代幣。我聽說酒店有桑拿，但我沒時間去體驗。前台的女士很友好，而且有糖果和微波爐加熱的即食食品可供購買。我一定會再來這家飯店，因為房間裡有微波爐、冰箱、鍋子和烹飪便餐的廚具。房間和浴室比大多數飯店的浴室和臥室都要大。這兩張照片是我飯店房間的美景。

訪訪客Disappointed. The room was small, the furnisture was tired and in dire need of refurbishment. Second-hand books were used as part of the room decor. To enter the bathroom, one needs to put one leg in with the other leg left outside and, with the door half-open, bring the other leg in - that's the only way to enter. The room standard is much lower compared to similar type of hotels in most other countries, while the price is significantly higher. The building opposite the hotel is boring-looking and is undergoing constuction. The closest underground car parking is a bit far away and is extremely pricy. Everything is pricy in that country, while the quality of living is lower compared to most other European countries. The city as a whole dissapoints. A lot of **** people, really **** on the streets! You see them everywhere selling self-made trinkets, however, when you return a few minutes later they are all gone - ostensibly swept away by the police. You also see a lot of homeless people who sleep outside. This is a result of incompetence and mismanagement by ****** and his life partner, apparently. The standard of living in this city has deteriorated significantly compared to what was the case 5-10 years ago. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, the personnel is friendly. The location and the surrounding area are OK, however, it takes 15-20 of walking to most major sites.

訪訪客房間很小，非常可愛，距離市中心不太遠。交通連接非常好，公共交通系統本身非常有效率。
房間裡有一個小廚房，裡面配備了烹飪便餐的必需品——爐灶、微波爐和水壺。水槽裡也準備了洗碗用的東西。我們也很高興地發現我們有一台滴濾式咖啡機！
房間很緊湊，但裡面應有盡有。酒店前面有一扇巨大的大門，這意味著它非常安全。周圍環境還不錯，但如果我獨自一人的話，步行會很快，不過我覺得沒有必要搭計程車。
浴室有吹風機！
酒店周圍還有可愛的塗鴉藝術品。

訪訪客我預訂了兩晚的宿舍，但因為房間太好，我決定換成單人房，這樣可以延長住宿時間。由於不在老城區，價格合理，晚上也很安靜。公車站就在門口，電站也在附近。前台接待員也非常友善。
至於設施，房間裡沒有空調。當時是六月中旬，我在宿舍裡開著窗戶睡覺。單人房裡有風扇，但我覺得在七、八月可能不夠用。
除了夏天，我還會再來住。

訪訪客We have stayed in this hotel many times, and the service is great. This time we stayed in room number 6. There is an automatic card reader for the door. The ciity tax was 1.20 euos per person. The rooms, though a little small, are cosy and comfortable, with a kettle and tea/coffee/sugar, plenty of choices of pillows, a bed comforter, good bed linen, modern furnishings, and a good, clean bathroom with hairdryer. The shower works well. There is a TV (didnt find any English channels but it didnt matter to me), good lighting, and helpful reception staff. It features a restaurant and bar, as well as a small seating area. Outside the hotel directly to the right there is a great Asian restaurant with take away service plus a sit down buffet. Across the main road to the front of the hotel is Le Clerc supermarket. The hotel is very close to the Saint Germain Clinic and the Main Brive Hospital, and easy to walk to both.

訪訪客Atrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered.
Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time.
At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave.
At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here.
This hotel is the ”Fawlty Towers” of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.
