One of the prettiest gardens ive been to while I was staying in Japan. Its a good spot to try out udon and it was really affordable. The view is amazing too and a great place to take pictures! I went to both night and day and they have lights during the night, giving a magical feel to it.

There's also a section of ancient city wall near Takamatsu Port, and there are regular small cruises to Naoshima and Shodoshima. Perfect for a budget-conscious traveler. another nice natural experience in Takamatsu. to understand the real essence of this culture it is essential to visit this castle. what fascinated me the most is the contrast between old building and Japanese style garden and the new city with tall buildings in the background.

Chichu Art Museum, mainly to see Monet's paintings, the master's original works are not allowed to take pictures inside, so I took pictures of the building, which is also the work of Master Ando Tadao.
