Anonymous userA truly awe-inspiring museum. The exhibits are somewhat over-explained, requiring a guided tour to fully appreciate their contents. Just exploring the museum itself took three or four hours, providing a journey through time from the origins of the terracotta warriors to their discovery and current restoration efforts. However, the location is indeed a bit remote; be prepared to spend a whole day there.

Anonymous userI traveled during the off-season, so the ticket price was lower than in peak season, and there was almost no waiting in line. Because Mount Hua is very large, with five peaks alone, you can climb many places. I started from Yuquan Temple, which has a very ancient and charming atmosphere. This time, I only climbed up to the North Peak from Yuquan Temple, and it was very rewarding to reach the top. If you want to catch the cable car, you really need to allow plenty of time. The southern cable car was closed at the time, so you could only take the cable car from the north, but it will resume operation on December 15th, so you can choose whichever you prefer.

Mikel AGreat and a must see. It wasn’t very easy finding the entrance as the tower access is underground, but it’s a must see when you’re in Xi’An! Be prepared as it does get VERY crowded!

Anonymous userThe environment is beautiful, with birds singing and flowers blooming. You can take a walk and have a cup of tea to rest. There are also animals such as peacocks, toucans, and parrots. However, I hope there can be more benches, as the elderly need to sit down every half hour.

Rainbow HuiI was originally torn between joining a group tour or chartering a car. The former offered a guide who could explain the route, rather than just visiting the area. Luckily, I chose this tour. Guide He was incredibly helpful and professional. He explained the scenery along the way and, at the most important sights, he also allowed us ample time for photos.

Anonymous userVenue rather small than expected, but immersive experience with the many NPCs makes the visit really worthwhile. Looked high & low in Xi’an for 火晶柿子 from the drama series, but it can only be found here! Highly recommended to try it, indeed delicious. Also recommend 石头拌饭 in the food street. At times may feel somewhat constrained due to the small venue cos not that much space to stroll around & different performances take place on rotation more or less around same spots, but despite so can still easily spend an entire day here if chasing after the various scheduled performances. Will still come here again when next visit Xi’an!

Anonymous userThere is nothing entertaining, but if you like to see temple architecture, you can enter. Also to enter the Big Wild Goose Pagoda to visit, need to purchase a separate $ 25 tickets (adults) can only be purchased within the Da Ci En Temple. After hiking the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, you can walk to the city that never sleeps in the Tang Dynasty and to Chang'an Twelve Hours.
