Best time to visit the place is 3 pm on weekday..so that less crowded and you can enjoy day light view and night views. Overall it’s great escaoe place from day to date hassle.

The design of the building is a combination of commercial, retail, office and government uses. It was originally built in 1974 and completed in 1986, with a height of about 249 meters. With 65 floors, it was one of the tallest buildings in Southeast Asia at the time. Shelsywe’ve arrived in penang after another train journey and have strolled around georgetown all evening. you can spotted a lot of street art along the road. i really like it when i visited 10 years ago and it’s a mix of colonial building, vibrant street art, varied food influences is a winner for me
