I was worried I wouldn't understand much on my own, but joining a group tour was surprisingly convenient. We could just get together and go, and it was incredibly cost-effective. Our group's guide, Xiao Qiu, was particularly impressive. Her explanations were professional and engaging. Not only did she clearly explain the construction process and technical principles of the Sky Eye, she also interspersed many anecdotes about the researchers, which was incredibly engaging. She patiently answered any questions we had, even using practical analogies to help us understand complex astronomical concepts.
