NatDiscoversAsiaI’m eternally grateful that Trip.com sells entry tickets for Mt Tai and its immediate issuance cos I intend to enter Red Gate at 5am plus, and the app allow me to buy right on the spot without the usual “scan QR code” SOP at Chinese tourist spots without onsite staff support - very troublesome if you don’t have China phone number
4.6/5NatDiscoversAsiaA very nice place but it’s a place filled with tourist groups. If possible go in the morning if you don’t like to keep jostling for photo spots with tourists. If pressed for time or budget I personally feel can give it a miss cos the free springs like 乌龙潭 and 黑虎泉 which are nearby are decent enough too, and without the big tourist groups

艾迪888Hello! Here’s my perspective as a foreigner. I visited Laoshan in October, when the weather was neither too hot nor too cold — perfect for hiking. The journey from the city center to Laoshan is quite long, so we opted for a Didi (online taxi), which was more comfortable and cost around 100–130 RMB (about $16.7). To reach the summit, you can take a cable car and then hike for about 30–45 minutes to get to the main peak. From there, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views. Overall, Laoshan, a 5A-rated tourist attraction in China, is absolutely worth visiting!

路过来过哈哈哈This summer vacation, I specially took my baby to visit Liugong Island. The significance of landing on the island this year is more than in previous years. Liugong Island is worth a visit. The beautiful natural scenery and historical humanistic education are very unique, and adults and children have gained a lot.

伊州伊人Order the entry tickets and cable rides passes on trip.com, scan the QR code to enter. It exceeded my expectations for this visit, there are so much to see and do inside the pavilion than what the picture shows or go with a tour group. Initially we were going to take a tour as it is our first time to ShangDong and not sure how easy to get around. I am glad that we decided to be adventurous. Once entering the park, you just follow the path and walk from one site to the other. Don’t let the height of the next scenery intimidate you, just take your time, hike a few steps and sit aside to rest then go again. You’ll be proud of yourself and appreciate the beautiful views that you won’t see by joining the tour. To take the cable, you enter another town by scanning the pavilion entrance QR code again. If you don’t want to take the cable ride, visiting that town is also scenic and hike up to the highest point, the Diamond Square.

It has its own characteristics and is worth visiting.
