203***08Giving it a five is a bit of a stretch; my parents loved it, so I'd give it a 4.3-4.5. It's much cheaper than buying tickets at the venue, which is a plus. However, you can only buy one ticket per phone number. Multiple tickets can be ordered with different phone numbers and through a single Ctrip user. The warm and hot pools were mainly for families, with beautiful views (the volcano and volcanic lake are in the background) and fun. The hottest pool even has a water bar. The provided towels looked fluffy and clean, but I didn't use them. I went around 2 or 3 p.m., and there was plenty of shade from trees and houses, so I didn't get too much sun. I didn't use the heated pool, but it looked nice, with a big slide, a double lifebuoy, and a boat. Minuses included the frequent flies, the lack of hot water for showering (which was fine for me), and the fact that drinks only accepted credit cards (cash wasn't accepted). I haven't been to a hot spring in China in over a decade, so I can't compare the dirty water. Personally, I thought it was okay.

超级cttThe onsen here are in a nice garden. They really relax you. The water is warm and worth a try. You need to walk through the locals selling clothes. I bought a few things on the way back. One lady threw a piece of clothing at me in a very aggressive way and asked me to buy it. I bought it from someone else. Not sure if she was mad that I didn't buy hers. Anyway, it's still a nice place. You need to pay for parking/entry/toilet/locker. But it's very cheap. It's a good place to relax and the onsen is very comfortable and fun. The water comes out of many holes and heats your whole body. I think it has sulfur and iron in it, but it's not too much. The pool is big and the children can play freely. No one said that the children were too noisy because it was really a place for playing. I think it's a good place for young and old to enjoy.

Achieved a 2-year streak on the annual lists
