Anonymous userThe museum has gone through upgrading and improvement works since the last time I came 14 years ago. No regrets revisiting the museum again! It's definitely worth engaging a guide to share the history/story behind the exhibits.

Anonymous userEntered by Yong Ning Gate and it was a great spot to rent bicycles. It was impressive to see the city wall illuminate after sunset. Good to spend half a day here. Many professionals taking photos of ladies in costumes and I can see why. Such a beautiful spot

Mikel AGreat and a must see. It wasn’t very easy finding the entrance as the tower access is underground, but it’s a must see when you’re in Xi’An! Be prepared as it does get VERY crowded!

Anonymous userBooked the tickets with a drum performance at 7 pm. Reached Tang Paradise at 4 pm to take some photos at the garden before watching the drum performance. Enjoyed the performance. It was in a small cozy theatre. Actual musicians performed in the performance.

_TI***v1Our guide June is very good and professional. She is humorous and shared many interesting stories about the history of china and Shaanxi. Highly recommend to visit Shaanxi History museum. I would love to visit again when I come to Xi'an next time.

Anonymous userVenue rather small than expected, but immersive experience with the many NPCs makes the visit really worthwhile. Looked high & low in Xi’an for 火晶柿子 from the drama series, but it can only be found here! Highly recommended to try it, indeed delicious. Also recommend 石头拌饭 in the food street. At times may feel somewhat constrained due to the small venue cos not that much space to stroll around & different performances take place on rotation more or less around same spots, but despite so can still easily spend an entire day here if chasing after the various scheduled performances. Will still come here again when next visit Xi’an!

_We***26Very beautiful, experience the prosperity of the Tang Dynasty, it is worth seeing, the price of things sold on the pedestrian street of Datang Everbright City is reasonable. It will not be outrageous like other places with high premiums. Follow the Big Wild Goose Pagoda North Square to the South Square, and then to Datang Everbright City. Great viewing route.

Anonymous userThere is nothing entertaining, but if you like to see temple architecture, you can enter. Also to enter the Big Wild Goose Pagoda to visit, need to purchase a separate $ 25 tickets (adults) can only be purchased within the Da Ci En Temple. After hiking the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, you can walk to the city that never sleeps in the Tang Dynasty and to Chang'an Twelve Hours.

Anonymous userThe Daming Palace is huge... there are battery sightseeing cars in the toll area, battery sightseeing cars in the free area, and four-wheeled family bike rentals. Batteries are charged separately. Sitting is highly recommended for people with low leg bone strength. The toll area is at the Golden Water Bridge, which houses the history museum, Tai Li Pool and more. After the first half of the walk out of the gate, you can go to the opposite Danfengmen inside to continue to see the ruins, straight from the Jinshui Bridge is the entrance to Danfengmen, Trip bought tickets included. There was an event at the Royal Plaza that day, a police open day, with a special police performance.
