This was an upmarket Greek style taverna, dressed as a gastro pub so they could charge accordingly. Decor was interesting. Food wise, I was really only impressed by the gluten free salami. The grilled prawns although beautifully presented on carrot puree, did not taste fresh. The gentlemen liked the potatoes covered in cheesy sauce with jalapeno peppers but it was far too hot for my taste. The bread basket was well presented using local salt and olive oil and the beer drunk by all was yellow donkey, which hails from Santorini. Sausages were heavy on the garlic and a little tough. They varied in flavour but after a couple of bites, it all tasted the same. I found them a little hard and a little hard to digest. Boys also enjoyed the pork smokin hot. Again all a little too spicy for me. Great place for the boys to watch a game of football and enjoy such fare but not really anything for the more delicate palate. Toilets were clean. Service was good and friendly.
