不期而爱TCChongqing Catholic Joseph's Church is located on Minsheng Road, Yuzhong District. It is close to the Chongqing People's Liberation Monument and the former site of the Xinhua Daily Business Department. Yuzhong District Catholic Joseph's Church is the best-preserved and oldest Catholic church in Chongqing. It was built in the fifth year of Guangxu in 1879. There are two signs of Chongqing Cultural Protection Unit at the door. From the roadside, you can see a cross bell tower built in 1917. The appearance of the church is very elegant and solemn. The church is in the gap between the houses facing the street next to the sidewalk, and you will miss it if you are not careful. The church can accommodate more than 800 people to participate in religious activities at the same time. The entrance is written with Joseph's Church Mass time: Monday to Saturday morning 7:30, Sunday morning 7:00 and 8:30. Visitors can freely enter the church gate.
