This is not your normal wine tasting. This is an "Experience" that will knock your socks off. James and Hilda are awesome and the wine tasting last about 1.5 hours or so with the tour. James is very passionate about what he does with the wine and Hilda is no different. They are both class acts! If you want the best wine tasting experience ever go see them at Trevista!

We enjoyed a six (6) sample tasting flight at Saracina. We began with Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay (not oaked), Malbec, Red Blend, Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon. All were very good but the Zinfandel was my favorite. We’ll enjoy the bottle when we get home.
