What strikes me most about Enghave Kaffe is the warm atmosphere...Seems like everybody knows everybody..And its absolutely cozy...I normally drop-by for my favorite cafe latte and even if I come alone I feel like a part of the whole guest team in anyway. The people around are of different backgrounds but there is NO absolute snobbish attitudes and that is why I feel AT HOME whenever I drop-by.It is for me a relaxing moment- just be with people who likes to enjoy each others company and just enjoy cafe life.
Great coffee, especially the dripcoffee. Very mellow and friendly owner, local crowd. Motorcycle theme, and laptops are forbidden :)
We only had time to stop in for a coffee on our way home and wanted to try it as we had read some good reviews and we are glad that we did. We ordered a latte and an americano and we were offered free cake as a its was a Monday. It was a really nice strong cup of coffee and the banana cake was still warm was very tasty. The owner was really pleasant and cheerful when we went in and as it seems with most Danish people he spoke perfect English. If this was my local cafe I would definately be a regular.
Delicious drip coffee if you have the time to wait for your cup. Super friendly service, a little pricey for my tastes. Cute place, hipster garage vibe, just not my scene.
