There are so many Italian restaurants in Central Florida, but none near downtown Orlando, where we live, that has good food! This new restaurant finally fills the bill. The food is made in house and is fresh and delicious. And this is much, much more than a pizza place. The menu is extensive with many chicken, veal, pasta, and even fish dishes. For small appetites, they even offer pizza by the slice which was excellent which high quality cheese, not the cheap stuff some of the local places use. Caprese salad, too was stellar with really good tomatoes, mozzarella, and dressing. The only thing we didn't try was dessert. No room left, but you can carry out as they have a case of prepackaged cakes and pies. Only negative, the little teeny pies are too pricey for the size so we didn't get any. Finally, no TVs is a plus for us, too. If you want to watch the game, go somewhere else. This place is perfect as it is.
Great Italian food, hands down! Will be recommending this Italian eatery to all of my friends and family!
Everything is great. Love the pizza and the tomato basil soup.
Never heard of this small italian/pizza restaurant until recent episode of Restaurant Impossible so drove the 30 min to try it. Initial service for drink order & a menu was a bit slow though only 2 other tables, service was very friendly and improved. They make all their pasta but felt $14.95 was a bit pricey for Rigatoni Bolonese with no side salad, just bread rolls with a garlic dipping sauce. Also tried their thin crust pizza which was pretty good. Owner, Denny, was very friendly & energetic. After we received our food, overheard another table being told specials of the day though we weren't told, nothing on menu nor posted. Had a nice glass of Riesling. Wings might be a good addition to the menu. We will try again.
This is a small spot located in strip center across the street for Bishop Moore High School. It was recently featured on the Food Network's Restaurant Impossible. Very friendly staff and good service along with prepared to order food make this a great spot for Southern Italian food or pizza. Both of the dishes we had were well presented, tasty and large servings. Beer and wine is also available. Give it a try if you're in the area.
Great service and VERY friendly staff. Their Pizza, wings, and Tiramisu are awesome. Make sure you try the blueberry Tiramisu also.
David was an excellent waiter. Get the garlic bread appetizer with a side of marinara. Sammy's is our favorite pizza
It's ALL good...and service ROCKS (thanks to Nicholas and Scott)
The Isabella's pie is delicious!
