Rebranding has taken place but quality has not been sacrificed !This is still a great lunchtime experience. The antipasti table and bar may have been moved but the high quality Ligurian and Tuscan cuisine is as good as ever. The service was attentive and the wine promotions impressive. The lunch specials are economical and the soup option featuring porroto beans was awesome. The rebranding from Zeffirinos to Alto88 has been seamlessly accomplished.

High End High PriceAlto 88 is an upscale Italian restaurant housed at the 31st level of Regal Hongkong Hotel where the view over Causeway Bay and the horizon beyond is stunning. The decor reminds of the classy interiors common to members of global Zeffirino restaurante from Venice. Best for business meal, there is wide array of wine choices from the world over. House specialties include Pan Seared Scallop, Red Tuna and Green Apple Tartar, Risotto Aquerello Brand 7 year aged, Smoked Porcini Mushroom Dust and Mountain Flower, Crunchy Cocoa Roll Eggnog Cream and Pistachio Mousse. At first I got confused with the menu, there are buffet and set menus with several choices of courses. Waitstaff is patient and more than willing to assist guests but food delivery is slow with few flaws in service. A bit pricey, average food costs 400-500 HK Dollar.

A hidden gem for Italian food connoisseursDont be fooled by its location or its rather old fashioned interior design. Chef Guiseppe and his team from Alto 88 will satisfy your discerned taste buds with the best available ingredients and original Italian style dishes. The wine list is is a good mix of new world and old world with a strong focus on the Tuscany and other famous wine regions in Italy. Everything is delicious and the service is friendly and professional. I will definitely come back!
Amazing food with stunning View Great Lunch with few friends Wine producer, chef took good care of us with some astonishing tailormade food. By The way they had a nice buffet that ill try soon, restaurant was almost full house, atmospher was ok, service was decent.Over all a great food experience with few flaws for the service.
