My wife and I were walking around booking our week of dinner reservations on our 1st night in Niseko, and almost ready to turn around and head back to Landmark View when we saw Tomomi walk into her small restaurant - "Ambai Boi, a small organic restaurant". We followed her in, and saw a cute little dining room on the 1st floor of their home. We chatted with Tomomi for a while, and then made reservations for 6 on our last night in Niseko (Feb 13th). My only regret is that we didn't book a night earlier in the week, as I'm sure we would've returned for a 2nd visit during our 6 night stay. This was our most memorable dining experience in Niseko, without a doubt, and among the best and most unique of any dinner I've had in Asia in my 13 years here. A wonderful, tasty, beautifully prepared and presented dinner, with Tomomi herself as the wonderful host, along with the occasional presence of her husband and cute daughter. Every course we had was incredibly tasty and unique. And the service was impeccable. One of the most highly recommended restaurants I've had a chance to experience in Asia.
