Great outdoor venue. I've seen Maroon 5, One Republic, and Sheryl Crow here. The acoustics are awesome for a venue like this and they sure aren't shy about turning up the speakers so you may want to pack some earplugs just in case. The venue has various lots for parking. You can buy parking online with a credit card with fees or bring cash to the venue and possibly luck out by getting into the $15 stacked lot. IF you're really lucky, they won't box you in even though your car is stacked. We were fortunate enough on this most recent trip to be stacked near the exit lane. We left the concert a little early just so we could avoid the onslaught of concert goers exiting. The venue is easily accessible by freeway but you will want to arrive early just to avoid all the aforementioned traffic.
Awesome amphitheatre in LA. Love the beautiful backdrop of the hillside and while nothing beats seats in the front rows, you can still get a great view from the very last row. Since it's situated in an upscale residential area, they have strict curfews for the concerts, so they don't run super late. Parking was surprisingly easy, and getting out was also a breeze.
I absolutely adore this outdoor theatre. It's not as big as The Hollywood Bowl, adding a little bit of intimacy. Even the nosebleed seats aren't far from the stage. It's a great place to catch a musical performance at night. You are surrounded by trees and stars, not to mention the beautiful Californian weather!
