This is a lovely gem of a restaurant. The best Chinese food I have ever eaten! The food is just delightful, and each dish is prepared to order. The garlic egg plant and the caramel braised pork melt in your mouth. The best crab rangoons I&#39;ve ever eaten! The wait staff are very warm and friendly and the decor very attractive.

If you&#39;re not afraid of serious heat this is your dish. It&#39;s on our order list every time. My husband gets chicken and I get pork Chili Bomb (so we don&#39;t have to fight over da&#39; bomb). Just a minor suggestion, in the past you used more Szechuan pepper and cilantro. It&#39;s still very, very good but that made it over the top in taste explosion. Also love their garlic eggplant and pot roast for comfort. Both beautifully prepared without an oil slick. Thank you Silk Road! You&#39;re a welcome addition to metro west Boston.

Good but could be better. Some of the dishes we ordered were not great while others were. The fried shrimp appetizer was too doughy and the Orange Beef entree contained very tough beef that was not thinly sliced enough. Other chicken and shrimp entrees were very good.
