I've stayed at the Grand Hyatt so many times, it's worth paying the extra and having the Club access.. Has great views of the MCG.. Great service
Enjoyed staying here and the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. Walking distance to business venues and sightseeing. Great, reliable service and spacious rooms. Comfort!
We've eaten here for breakfast many times and although the food is good it hasn't changed much over the years we've been visiting. It's always fresh and there is a good selection of both Australian and Asian style foods on offer. Staff are always extremely polite and they went the extra mile when they realised it was our sons birthday and presented him with a beautiful cake complete with candle!
First impressions, very well presented room and one of the best bathrooms I've seen in a hotel. The table area was not practical for working for long. The experience was marred by both the noise during the night (from a guest in an adjoining room who felt the need to make 'phone calls throughout the night) and the very poor room service breakfast which was virtually inedible (and I hate to waste food so it has to be bad for me to leave it). Losing sleep in addition to the three hour time difference was not a great start to the day and an important meeting.
