My wife went there for dinner. They have a great menu, reasonable prices. My wife had beef stroganoff and I had salmon kabob. We also ordered one of the special breads, fantastic. The food was fantastic, huge portions. I ordered french fries with my salmon. The portion was so large that my wife had french fries as well. Great service. Really enjoyed the dining experience, highly recommend.
Littte bit expensive. But interesting food and choices
great food here..one of my favorite places in nyc
Walk up two flights of steps in the middle of the diamond district to find this unusual restaurant. Taam Tov specializes in Bucharian food. This means rich pilafs with meat and rice. We started with a platter of salads. They were all good but the carrot salad was outstanding. As Israelis we are accustomed to good salads, but these were really good. The main courses were very large, and we shared a meat pilaf, chicken, stuffed cabbagge, and a fish kebab. We had a nice Israeli wine with our meal, and finished it off with tea and baklava. Then we had a 10 minute walk to the theater.
a bowl of soup is basically beef pilaf w stock.
Love their pasta with checken breast! Mmm
Get there early they run out of shawarma sooner than you'd think
Try an order of the Manty.
