Super tight spot, but very yummy and worth squeezing in where you can. Cash only under $15. Veggie dumplings were great. Basil Chicken and Cabbage and Pork were the hubs choice and he enjoyed them.
Crazy good value for what you get! Was all pretty good, but don't go for a smoothie unless you like yours extra sweet as they're v. artificial tasting. Mung bean congee was okay. Dumplings are best.
This place is a madhouse for lunch. Good cheap eats and good quality food. The sesame pancake with pork is excellent.
Really wanted to love this place - came highly recommended from foodie ppl but not my taste. I like my dumplings a little fancier. And wontons a little less spicy
Vanessa's, offers dirt cheap dumplings and New York's best sesame pancakes. Grab a full meal (we're talking a pancake, dumplings and beer) for less than $10.
Great (cheap!) dumplings, but before you go to those pork and chive, give the wontons in spicy sauce a go. They're a bit more expensive, but totally worth it.
Scallion pancake with egg for breakfast. Scallion pancake with duck for dinner. Dumplings for always.
Not as cheap as the other Chinatown hole-in-the-wall places, but still way yummy.
