this grand tower is in the city center . it was built in 821 during the Tang Dynasty . additions including a clock were added to the structure in 1855 during the Qing Dynasty. you may go inside but only on the first level . There is an art museum on the first level . From the outside, you can get pretty good views of the local area . passing throught thegate gets you into a nice predestrian area. Further a field you will get to a. ery nice park.

The gate under the tower leads to a predestrian walking area with shops and restaurants. beyobd that, there is a nice park with a few historical structures to explore . The tower is free but you can only explore the lower floor. There is a small but free art exhibit on the lower floor . If you walk outside on the wall, you can get a couple pretty good views of the area.
It's a big red gate, you can't miss it. People can climb up to the top, it's not very tall. Behind the gate, many shops and food stalls lined up. All kinds of food are there, from McDonalds to street skewered meat. I bought some pastries, really cheap and delicious. Yang dumpling store ia also there if you like dumplings.
