We were so happy to find Niseko Inhouse Dining on our last trip to Japan. We always go on or around Chinese New Year so everything is packed or your run-of-the-mill pizza or takeout. For a truly amazing meal we didn't even have to leave our villa. Imagine coming home after a fabulous day skiing and boarding to your own villa, your own shower, your own everything with a chef and hostess waiting with your dinner. Delicious choices and hospitality made this meal extra special but the best part- no leaving the house, no fighting the CNY crowds, just relaxing with family and friends over a professionally prepared meal. The only problem is that they book up fast! I've already made my reservations for the coming season to ensure that I can try all their different menus and enjoy my vacation without worry.
Thank you niseko inhouse dining for a special night in. We had a wonderful evening in the comfort of our apartment with fantastic authentic Japanese food. The sushi chef was so clever and entertaining to watch. The kitchen was left spotless with not a thing for us to do but relax and enjoy the afterglow of a delicious meal in good company.
My girlfriend and I participated in the art sushi workshop hosted by Tama and Yuriko. I wasn't sure if I would like it ahead of time but I have to say it was fantastic and a highlight of our trip. Tama is a magician and Yuriko is a wonderful hostess and translator. We made such awesome looking sushi art! Very inspiring! And tasty! We brought our work back to the lodge and everyone was amazed. I highly recommend this workshop when you need a break from skiing/boarding and want to have a great, creative time. See you ladies again next year!
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to get for us. Excellent presentation as always in Japan and food served quickly
