Not only this brand has a beautiful history (ask the owners, they will tell you more about it) but the drinks are great and original (even for people who don't drink beer), the space is authentic and crafted, the staff is kind, the atmosphere is fun! I would also recommend it for the beautiful and tasty food you can get there. I have been to the Demory bar many times and I was never disappointed (you wash your hands with an apricot scrub in the bathroom, your hands will be soft all night...)
Great bar serving their own brews on tap as well as many others in bottles. This type of place has proven hard to find in Northern Europe, and we were happy to run across it. Friendly staff, great brews and artisanal sausages as well. If you are longing for a citrusy, fragrant, hop forward beer try their Intrepide IPA. They open at 1800, the first hour is reasonably quiet, later they have a DJ and things get crowded and noisier, but still well worth a visit.
We got a guided tour around Paris night life by one of the owners of Demory Paris and stopped by for some excellent hot dogs and beer at Demory's bar. At the time they were about to set up the brewery in Paris so we didn't got to see the brewery itself and ended up on a tour around Paris top bars, this was a nice one!
