We wanted a later evening snack and excitedly found them online. Dropped in around 9pm and Amanda took great care of us. I&rsquo;m a chef and I could tell from the ingredients alone on the menu what they were doing here.

The Quick Fixx

La Viola Bistro is a casual BYOB with excellent Italian food served in a crowded and active location. Although the sound level can frequently be overwhelming, the food and friendly service well compensate. Fettucine with salmon in a creamy Cognac sauce was tasty but skimpy with the salmon while the veal pomodoro was delicious but the veal may have been pounded a bit too thin for a companion&#39;s preference.
