St. Victor's Monastery is very close to the old harbor, and it's easy to walk from the old harbor. After the French Revolution, it was used as a warehouse and prison. At the same time, it has a feel-like fortress that collects many ancient relics of bishops, and the best part of the monastery is its underground treasures.

On the way back to Old Harbor from the Cathedral of the Guardian of Notre Dame in Marseilles, I turned to the Monastery of St. Victor. Compared with churches, monasteries are simpler, with no colorful glass windows, beautiful domes, and only the ash left by stones. When they entered, it seemed that some students were organizing a tour. There was a shell inside, which was supposed to be left over from the war. There were coffins in the basement of the monastery. When they saw the stairs, they went down for a circle without any charge.

St. Victor's Monastery was built in the fifth century A. D. on the ruins of the ancient city. It has been situated on the South Bank of the old port. After several ruins, the monastery was reinforced under Pope Urban V of the 14th century. The monastery's Cathedral under the city contains important cultural relics of the fifth century A.D. and many sarcophagus left behind at that time. It contains the remains of many Christians and pagans. Two of the oldest martyr skeletons are buried in the tomb, which is the remains of the monastery when it was first built. It was from this monastery that the Christianization process began throughout Provence.
