阿爾勒競技場是這座小城最顯眼的地標，在城中的任何地方都可以望到。這座競技場是修建於羅馬時代的圓形角斗場，大約有2000年的歷史，120個拱門可以追溯到公元前1世紀。這座競技場可容納觀眾2萬多人，用於觀賞戰車比賽和血腥的徒手格鬥。競技場今天仍在使用，每年4月有盛大的鬥牛表演，夏天則作為戲劇和音樂會的露天劇場。

古羅馬帝國建造的附屬產物，現在作為演出之用，很多文藝節目都在此錄製！經過千年的風雨，還完好的保存着，實屬不易，站在邊上看競技場，很是雄偉！
